Very friendly and helpful salespeople. I ordered palazzo pants in my size in mid-May, which I was able to pick up on May 19th, 2023: they fit and I bought them. Cheap and good quality! Unfortunately, both times I came into the store there was a smell of stale sweat coming from the male employee. Luckily the shop door was open, so it was somewhat bearable. Otherwise everything is good, I can only recommend it!

The new employee (tall woman) still has an impact. A bit unsure, but does a fantastic job and is very polite.

Stuff simply doesn’t know how to make coffee! And very rude!

We weren't served at first because the employee was on her cell phone making a call. Afterwards she served us and just kept talking on the phone! Not good customer service.

I buy my coffee beans from Tchibo and so far I haven't been disappointed. They also sell various accessories for the house. In general, they offer good value for money and the store has a cozy and relaxed ambiance.
