We had a cinnamon and Gingerbread Latte with a big heap of whipped cream. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended 👍🏽 😀

Wednesday evening 8 p.m. 3 tables occupied and no one else in the store. I actually wanted to have a coffee, but this unfriendly and bad-tempered person at the counter made me leave the shop immediately. It doesn't work at all.

absolutely disrespectful! At first one saleswoman accused me of pushing myself forward. Then the next person said she knew me even though I hadn't been there for almost a year. That's why she thought she knew how I wanted my drink and almost put cream on my coffee, then she said it was caramel! Although I had already repeated my order ten times. The cake I wanted wasn't on display either, so I would have had to pay for it twice, which again cost extra time. Then all of a sudden it said he was still frozen! Good to know.. Then it got really outrageous.. When she finally gave me the latte after what felt like an eternity, it had zero foam because she first poured the coffee and then the milk on it! By that point it had already been at least twenty minutes of drama. When I pointed out the missing foam, understandably a bit annoyed, she became really disrespectful. She got loud and said I was ALWAYS so unfriendly?! and (!) I should behave decently! It would have been you who would have had to apologize for your unprofessionalism long ago. Instead, reprimand me and tell me she didn't do anything wrong and when I order a cafe latte, I need to know that there is no foam and I should remember that for next time. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Then she even refused to make me a new latte! Acted like a stubborn child. I was stunned. She instructed the colleague to pay me the money without asking me if I wanted it. Only when I insisted loudly (so that all guests could hear) that I should finally get the latte that I had already paid for, she reluctantly made a new one and even started talking to her colleagues about me while I was getting a coffee cup lid blaspheme! What do you call something like that? Customer bullying? Incomprehensible…

Otherwise I read friendly + fast staff, today they were probably all on vacation. We waited 10 minutes for 3 water + cappuccino. When I asked “Where can I find straws?” I was insulted stupidly. By the way, he was the only customer at the time.

Friendly but very inconvenient when taking back goods, second checkout should have opened instead of two people standing in the way at one checkout

Nice staff, good coffee but unfortunately the seating looks very shabby. The velvet chairs all have huge stains, at first I thought they were fresh and had to check them by hand. It should definitely be fixed, this is not good advertising for Tchibo!

I was served very courteously and friendly by the young gentleman❣Thank you very much. The offer in the store is again overwhelming and the coffee promotions are simply great.

The staff is really busy on Sundays, but I don't want to be embarrassed if I have a question. Not even in Tchibo.

Just made a great shopping experience at Tchibo with their friendly and helpful staff. We bought a beautiful coffee machine along with a foamer and coffee beans but since the standard foamer was not available in a packaged way we received a substitute foamer with nicer features. I appreciated this move a lot as it is exactly what I call customer service. And of course we will continue to buy the coffee beans at this location in future.

Small shop but fully stocked With all the good stuff. Nice staff and a nice little chill spot when you are in the airport.

Sometimes extremely long waiting times at the checkout with a lot of customers, could be improved.

Unfortunately, some employees at Tchibo notice that they “have” to work on public holidays and Sundays! As a customer, you quickly feel the annoyance of this.

Relatively good reachable and just international enough to offer enough flights to many destinations

I love the singing birds, mooing cows and Swiss yodeling in the tunnel from the international terminal

Is there a better airport in this world? Probably, but it won't be easy to find
