As a barista myself today l ordered a flat white to go and ended up having a coffee with lots of foam on top.The counter staff was defending that was a Tchibo style:))))My friend there is no such a tchibo style flat white.You can name it "tchibo white" or whatever but not flat white

Staff always very nice and helpful. Coffee tastes good and value for money is ok. One star deducted because the tables are often not cleaned.

Every time I come here the employees are so welcoming at the cafe! I rarely write reviews but after this situation I had to do it: when a mother went to an employee and asked for a Schüfelinund Beseli because her daughter had made a mess with the roll, the employee went to the back to get it. The mother said she would like to clean it up herself after all it was her fault. The employee then said: Yes, I know, but I work here. And you're free. I like doing that!” I thought that was so great. Mega mega tight! Hats off🤍

Always worth a trip to this tchibo, like a department store...for bathroom, kitchen, camping, garden, children, colored underwear...furniture...ect...coffee, drinks at the bar, coffee machines...excellent friendly service ....

Very, very unfriendly team, I gave my 12 year old son a pair of pajamas to return, the lady told him next time tell your mother she has to think carefully and not order a lot because her size is so difficult to sell! He was very sad and shocked as the lady was rude to him and said "she just wanted to say your mother is so tall"!! Does such poor service quality still exist! It's unacceptable, it's almost BULLYING

Tuesday, April 19, 2022: I am in the sixth month of pregnancy. I went in to try something on and relax at the bar with a good cappuccino. I asked the saleswoman if she could show me the toilet since I'm pregnant and need to use it often, especially when I'm walking. She told me to go to the public toilet because if I don't use the bar I can't go to the toilet. That it gets very dirty. I repeated if she could look at me and tell I was pregnant. She told me that this was the rule. I would like to ask management to instruct their employees to be polite and recognize situations. It is illegal and inhumane to deny a pregnant woman a bath. I wish the saleswoman never needed it. I could have felt sick if I continued walking. I then went to the Molino restaurant opposite and was able to use the toilet without being asked to order anything and I have to praise the staff who are very friendly. So I stopped there and had a drink with my husband. The employees at Molino are friendly and customer-oriented. Tschibo needs to select his employees better. Very bad experience. I don't recommend it.

The older ladies in this store are very rude in my opinion. You might even think that they are annoyed with customers all the time. That's why I decided to order my favorite coffee online.

Great branch + employees :) The service and personal advice, always very friendly and accommodating. Enough comfortable and clean seats. (inside and/or outside in Marktgasse) The customer toilet is always clean and is checked regularly. The tables are cleared and cleaned. Top! Keep it up 😁👌

I found the cappuccino to be made more “Swiss style” (too much milk but no good foam, wasn’t really stylish..), no courteous staff and not child-friendly. Will avoid this “café” in the future.

the attitude of the staff is arrogant

We were able to enjoy a good Tchibo coffee including a chocolate croissant in the fresh air. Because we were sitting outside, we cleaned up ourselves. The clerk at the checkout thanked her specifically for clearing away the items. Class!!

It's a shame there are no more ham and salami pretzel rolls.

Probably now the largest branch in terms of area in the Zurich area with a corresponding offering. Cafeteria has enough seats, including on Marktgasse, which is very pleasing!

The Tchibo branch in Winterthur is one of our highlights and should of course not be forgotten as a must-visit. We enjoy the fine coffee specialties and the large selection of delicacies every time. The shop also always offers new and interesting items for everyday use. Gladly again R. Keller

Very nice staff. Not intrusive just so it's pleasant. The range in the store is well coordinated. Every woman and every man can find what their heart desires. And most importantly, at affordable prices. Can just be recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to exchange a product that had still a valid warranty but without a receipt. The friendly staff replaced it without any further questions and even provided a new receipt for a new warranty. Thank you veryuch for this excellent service!

Delicious coffee, great location and friendly staff

Rude staff and unkempt atmosphere. Cleaning rags in the service area were not changed after cleaning the counter, the nozzle of the coffee machine was cleaned and then the milk was frothed. Very disgusting.

Why do people like going to Tschibo? I don't know exactly either. But it is so! There are things to discover and find something you absolutely need. There are friendly staff there too and that's great.

For a quick coffee in between. Great prices. In the old town of Winterthur. Tchibo meets every criterion of a good coffee and is served here in variants with caramel, whipped cream or as a cappuccino, large or small (and much more).
