It's a good place to spend some time. On the one hand, you can stock up in the shop with excellent local and home-produced products such as polenta, rice, pasta, and on the other hand, you can also taste wines for a small fee. Six of us booked a Degu and we are very excited! We learned a lot about the history and the great products of Terreni and had a great tasting with Gwendolina. She also speaks excellent German and explained all the wines to us very well. We experienced pure surprise with the whiskey single malt and the gin. Both are also top-class products. Definitely worth a visit, and then also shopping and filling the cellar at home.

Beautiful shop selling farm products, rice, polenta, pasta, red, white and rosé wine produced from different vines, gin and Whysky single malt all made in Ascona DOC. My favorites are the Barbarossa and Melodia merlots and the Kerner white. The products are excellent, and the location in the middle of the fields and vineyards is fantastic, just a place I like. Too bad it can't be tasted by the glass. Let's hope that changes in the future. Wunderschönes Geschäft, in dem die eigene landwirtschaftliche Produkte, Reis-, Polenta-, Rot-, Weiß- und Roséweinnudeln aus verschiedenen Reben, Gin und Whiskey-Single Malt (alles Ascona DOC) verkauft werden. My favorites are Barbarossa and Melodia and the Golden White Kerner. The product is ausgezeichnet and the age in the field and in the mountains is fabelhaft.

The real Ticino risotto rice is grown here. Polenta corn semolina is also a delicacy, although red corn is considered a rarity. This old type of corn is guaranteed not to have been “modified” by genetic engineering. Simply great Ticino products, some of which are also available at Marti-Delikatessen in Breitenbach.
