Super unpleasant cook/waitress. I order a burrito without tomatoes because I'm allergic and without hot sauce. I am served a burrito with tomatoes. Very politely I go back to the lady, I explain to her that there are tomatoes and that I really can't eat them. She rolls her eyes, doesn't even answer. She asks me what my original order was, I repeat. No tomatoes and no hot sauce. She gives me another burrito with a very contemptuous look. The burritos were loaded with hot sauce, which for me was impossible to eat. Very disappointed, because their food is good. This has moved on to street food.

Avenue Pictet-de-Rochemont 33I order at 10:18 p.m. I'm told the order is ready at 10:27 p.m. and it's 11:11 p.m. I still haven't received anything. Obviously no response because the restaurant has already been closed since 10:45 p.m.! I don't know if I will receive my order but I am dismayed because even if it arrives it will surely be cold given that the order has already been ready for almost 45 minutes!!!!!! Scandalous.!!! I hope to get a refund and not another one of their stupid flyers with 10% on the next order!!!! I'm shocked, I don't understand how a company that earns so much money can't optimize its delivery and services, which should be part of their priority along with the quality of the food!!!!!!
