We had a very good and relaxing evening at the Bistro last night, through and through. The restaurant was full but the manager was still kind enough to accommodate us and we would like to thank him for that. All the staff were very kind, had the spaghetti gambas - 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it.

Highly recommended restaurant, the treatment by the staff was formidable and very close. There is no doubt that we will repeat soon and we have yet to make a stay in the summer since they have several events depending on the day of the week in summer! We really enjoyed our brunch!

The Swisspeak Burger was ok but not amazing. The accompanying salad was weird, very roughly cut, and without any seasoning. Apparently they don't know what vinaigrette is, because they brought me a small bowl of mustard when I asked for some vinaigrette for the salad. The server looks down on us from the start. It should come as no surprise that the restaurant is empty. At one time it was very good but now...

After an interminable wait, we received 8 small industrial ravioli for chf 36.-. The manager absolutely ignored our comment and told us that we were not the first to complain. A shame to absolutely avoid.

I was disappointed during my visit to this restaurant. The server seemed more concerned with clearing tables than customer service. I found that the price of 4.- for a scoop of Mövenpick ice cream was excessive given its small size. Additionally, the apricot ice cream had clearly been thawed and then refrozen. And to top it all off, despite an insistent look from me, the waiter didn't even say goodbye to us when leaving. I was hoping for a better experience."

Beautiful restaurant to sit with a beautiful view and a delicious cocktail. The food was very good, we had raclette, a specialty of the chef! I would definitely come back here again with great pleasure.

Nice place, elegant... The guys who work are very smart. You can both drink and eat (there are various options throughout the week, for example barbeque on Friday)

February 2023 I have the impression that the burgers are thinner than last year, a lot of sauce/toppings but the slice of meat is quite thin for the price….no more cheese fondue on the menu, it’s a real shame but especially tomatoes no taste in the salads obviously it's not the season so please refrain ;-) otherwise restaurant super well located and we eat quite a bit there

Café-restaurant at the foot of the slopes, ideal location for sharing a drink after a day of skiing. The decoration is very successful and the atmosphere is very friendly. The catering menu allows you to eat traditional local dishes or other more modern specialties. Recommended for an aperitif or a good meal.

Overall, it might even be okay. But when we see the waiters smoking, in the middle of service, right in front of the front door, on the terrace of the restaurant, before coming in and going straight to pour a beer or clear a table, without washing their hands!!! Unacceptable... hygiene is the first ingredient in a restaurant, especially during Covid... Too bad because we love Swiss Peak and Vercorin. Unfortunately, after 3 visits and always the same experience at the Bistrot, we won't be there again

During our stay at the Swisspeak Resort we also had a delicious meal at the Bistro. From our apartment we were able to reach the restaurant straight away, where we were immediately helped in a friendly manner by the staff. We both chose a risotto, my friend for the truffle risotto and I for the risotto with pineapple and chorizo. How delicious these were! The taste was soo good! My risotto itself was not too salty, because of the chorizo. A real treat for my taste buds. Highly recommended! For dessert we had an assortment of different small snacks, a nice ending. If we are ever in the area again I will definitely eat here again.

It happens to be a great place to spend the time! There is a wide selection of wines and some other liquors, which is great. Regarding the menu, the choice was not extremely variated but everything the I had was really good. The service was quite good, paying a lot of attention to details and how the whole dinning experience was going. I dare say that the ambiance may be better than other places in the village. Totally recommended!

Very nice at the foot of the cable car! Ideal after 3 hours of tree climbing!
