Always comfortable, always nice

Went there with friends to try something new and we weren't disappointed. Something new, unique and tasty. All of us got something we liked. The drinks , especially the water are slightly higher priced, from my POV. But it's all good and I can recommend the place.

I was on vacation in Switzerland and I was looking for a Latin place to eat and I decided on this one, I tell you that I made a good choice because everything was wonderful, I recommend it to you

We are traveling from the US and stopped in Switzerland for a marathon on New Year’s Eve. We were trying to find food all over Zürich, and they were one of the only restaurants open. We walked in and they greeted us warmly. Luckily I speak Spanish and was able to order. The lady cook was incredibly nice and super helpful. The food was great. 10/10 give this place a try.

Really enjoyed our meal here the food is so delicious from the crispy chicken , those who like it spicy ask for their chili sauce and pour that on top of your chicken , amazing . Their fries have been my favorite in all of Zurich and their Mexican style ribs are delicious and well flavored, meat falls off the bones . Highly recommend

For an evening I was transported back to the Dominican Republic; the food was delicious!! (as I remember) and the service was friendly (as I also remember). So glad it's here in Zürich so I can get my Caribbean fix. Karoke was relaxed and fun.

Delicious food as on the two previous occasions. Upon arrival there was a confusion due to which I felt unwelcome in the establishment since I called to reserve and there was a "confusion" due to which I had to repeat that I had reserved three times. I had to ask for cutlery since they didn't provide them with the starter, nor with the main course and I had to ask for them which is relative since we ordered mixed frying, for me it's fine without cutlery for the fried foods. But the salad in the starter we ate with our fingers and it was not very pleasant since we did not have napkins either. The place was not saturated so I did not understand the lack of those important details such as cutlery and napkins. We order them and use them later. After a while there was more attention but I continued to feel like... what time do these people plan to leave, something that one easily notices.

Dominican Latin food and a Puerto Rican dish MOFONGO. The food is spectacular, tasty and the staff's attention is unbeatable, without a doubt a good place to eat Latin dishes.

It is a quiet environment, the food is very good, the arrogant waitress, myself and my husband, were not treated well by the girl who acts as the waitress, the others were very friendly, thank you for your services, we will not return again.

A fabulous gastronomic experience, I came from Barcelona to visit my daughter and we arrived at this great restaurant set in the Caribbean, a delicious shrimp mofongo and a pigeon peas moro with beef accompanied by great music and great service!! If you are in Zürich it is a mandatory visit, thank you very much

We went to dinner with some friends and the food was delicious, it took a while although the waitress warned us that it would happen since there were a lot of people and explained to us that the dishes are made fresh and it really shows thanks to Sara for the service and the cooks for the food!! We will return without a doubt

I never return to that place again, the wait is endless, terrible service and they don't have the organization of serving people in order of arrival. After 2 hours they bring a dish and then the other in 45 minutes, we were a group of 9 people and when we We complained, they told us that we were too much, a stupider excuse I had never seen in my life. Without a doubt I will never return

We had an excellent mofongo mixta, with chicharron and prawns and a sancocho with a quesillo for dessert. Pleasant atmosphere with very friendly service. And of course Bachata and Merengue in the background. Highly recommended for someone who wants to escape Europe for a culinary escape. Top!

Very noisy and uncomfortable place. Service was slow. It was not possible to have a discussion without shouting.

It was very noisy, we had to sit at the bar while eating even though we reserved in advance, the service was slow, but the food was ok.

Every time i come here to eat, is like going back to my country, and i enjoy the most delicious and elaborate dishes. The filled chicken breasts, the smokey pork ribs and the fried fish are to die for! 🥹

Really good food! We all had different dishes and every dish was really delicious! Highly recommended as a culinary change in Zurich! Were there for lunch and there weren't many people (hence only 4 for the ambience), but I can imagine. that in the evening there is a great atmosphere with full tables and the quiet neighborhood street!

This was my first time here and I was not disappointed! The food was traditionally spiced, slow cooked and they have good portion sizes which offsets it not being the least expensive place to eat. My personal suggestion would be to go with friends and share dishes as tasting all the different spicing of the dishes really elevated the experience. Also, service might be a bit slow (not in a bad way for the dishes we ordered) so make sure to account for a little bit of extra wait time for your dinner and making plans. Overall, I will be going back!

Delicious food and everything on point. The service is great and with unbeatable treatment. I work near the site and I usually go from time to time but whenever I can I go for the aforementioned, the food and the service.

We were very positively surprised. Until now we had never tried Dominican specialties. The fried cheese balls and the fried cassava pieces were great. We then had Mofongo mixto for the main course. The pork breast and mashed plantains were great. At the end a sweet schnapps was served. We really enjoyed the evening. Thanks.

The food was delicious but the service was super bad. It took more than an hour to bring us the food. During the waiting time, no one asked us if we wanted to drink something. The restaurant was nice but very dark to eat. You can't see what you're eating. Lack of staff and a lot of waiting time. wait.

Plantains had no flavor whatsoever and the food took way too long to come.

The food was okay but nothing more than that. However, we were overcharged. The service wasn't unfriendly, but we had to wait a long time for someone to come, even though we were the only guests. The lady preferred to sit at another table with her friends! The atmosphere is relaxed but more reminiscent of a bar than a restaurant. Big plus: very good fruit juices!

When I tell u that this was the BEST fried chicken I had…. The food there was immaculate, deliciously amazing.

One of my worst gastronomic experiences. The last one was years ago and after so much time I went to see the improvement and it was a fiasco. Staff vaguely trained and food was tasteless. On top of that, only 1 person serving too many tables. It is practically impossible to do things well like this and to be attended to in a reasonable time. Unfriendly manager. And they wanted to make the plätzli as if they were empanadas (this has really worked for them). Anyway, I don't recommend it for
