Very unpleasant experience. The restaurant was highly recommended by our hotel and we came with high expectations but were extremely disappointed. Very rude hostess and staff. We had a reservation and the restaurant was fairly empty but the staff forced us to sit in a dull corner. Ambience was unappealing. We decided to walk to the Italian restaurant right across the street which was far more pleasant and appealing.

We have known each other for a long time, we came with our eyes closed but will never come back. Original menu for pizzas and pasta, more traditional Neapolitan or 4 seasons pizzas, the same for pasta. But then what a disappointment, first of all it's difficult to choose because it's so special and also not good, big pasta with a few small pieces of meat!!!...and the pizzas are ridiculously small because the edges are huge. All this of course at tourist prices!!!.. Even the salad was a bit rubbish.

To add insult to injury, the lack of music and ambiance made for a rather dull atmosphere. And despite the restaurant only being half full, the wait time for our food was unacceptably long. The only positive was the food quality was actually good . Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it.

The food was good. But that was about it. Service was so bad, that I really can’t give any more stars. They made mistakes on our orders and didn’t care at all. We literally had to beg to get more water as it felt like they forgot about us. And when we asked for some olive oil to eat with the bread and a plate we actually got barked at. I’ve been here before and it used to be a good spot but not tonight.

The atmosphere is still nice and the service is very attentive. The quality of the food is great but the price/performance ratio is definitely not right.
