Great atmosphere. The food is also very good, you can tell that fresh ingredients are used. I like the kebab best. There is also a smoker lounge... it has everything you need to fill up and chill out.

Quality and interior presentation are impeccable, but CHF 28.- for a kebab plate with a drink (water) is almost a bit cheeky. In this restaurant you have to take cash with you, as only a private Twint number is available. was offered, but it didn't work (probably due to commercial restrictions).

Shisha was OK. The price-performance ratio is not right.

Doesn't stick to the opening times, been there twice between 6 and 7 p.m. Was always closed.

Had the base kebab which cost CHF 12 and despite the slogan 'make kebab great again' was the most standard I could think of. Taste was ok but it was actually cold by the time I bit into it. The restaurant is a mix between a nice looking side and a wannabe gangster (Biggie dollar poster, other rapper photos...). I don't understand the vibe, but maybe that's just me. There is also a shisha area which seems popular. Should note that the restaurant already had one refresh and moved their menu away from pinsa / traditional dishes to the current standard kebab joint menu so a lot of the reviews on here are obsolete. Hope they improve so they can live up to their slogan!

I was in Hayat Restaurant & Lounge Schlieren for the first time today and I was very surprised by the beautiful location and the very nice and courteous staff like Ares. I was also very satisfied with the very fine fries and special fine kebab that I ordered excellent, I can recommend his business in the best sense of the word, again and again :)

We went to Hayat for the first time this evening. The 4 of us had a really great meal. Beautiful table, incredibly tasty burger and great meat. The waiter was quite challenged as the place was completely full. But he was super friendly and always there. Great evening with nice people. The furnishings are really stylish.

A pure disaster! Not recommended. We waited 1h30min for a wrap and fries.. Never again! I've never seen such a bad restaurant!

I was there for the first time today and the waiter recommended the Persian Apple Shisha and I have to say that it tasted exactly right and I have rarely experienced a Shisha lasting until the end without scratching my neck. Am thrilled. I just think it's a shame that there are no small snacks to nibble on in the lounge or anything like that. Otherwise TOP, keep it up.

Not bad for a start up in April. But we still have to improve a lot in the service and kitchen. Hopefully they are open to suggestions for improvement. AVOR from Start up was probably not complete. - Cooking level still needs to be improved. - Service staff not yet trained. - Service no-go's still happen frequently.

Bad staff Waited far too long to eat!!! CATASTROPHE

We were so happy to get to know the new and promising lounge and the associated restaurant. Unfortunately, we were happy too soon. We ordered pasta and the Hayat Burger. After 1.5 hours, after we said we wanted to leave, we got the pasta. And I had to wait another 10 minutes for the burger. The pasta was no longer warm when it was served to us and my burger was an absolute horror. When I ordered I wasn't asked how I wanted my meat so I thought it would be well done. Well the picture speaks volumes. It was burnt on the outside and COLD, wet and soft on the inside. When I reported this to the waiter, he wanted to tell me about medium rare, but well, that has nothing to do with it. They brought me a new burger and it was EXACTLY the same as the first one. We told the waitress we wanted to leave and luckily we didn't have to pay anything.

Very nice restaurant including a shisha bar. We smoked 3 shishas and all were very good. The shishas scratched 0 and you only tasted the tobacco, no charcoal taste like in other shisha bars. Everything as it should be. You can tell that a lot of time and money was invested here. The employees were all very friendly and kept asking whether we were satisfied or whether we needed anything. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

1 star just because the location looks nice. Service however disastrous; We waited over an hour for the food, it didn't even arrive (there were two of us) and it wasn't warm. Despite the staff pointing out the waiting time several times, they only barely managed to get us to understand. That might have been the case if four tables that came after us hadn't received their food before us. Extremely disappointed. 1/10, won't come back

New restaurant in a convenient location both coming from Zurich and the Canton of Aargau. Excellent quality furnishings with great attention to detail. Selected products for both drinks and food! Ample parking in the area. Definitely recommended!
