The Stone in Basel

The waiter was very friendly but didn't bring fries as ordered but instead fried potatoes and a different wine. There was nothing for vegetarians unless you ordered something in advance. I made vegi schnitzel. When I was there the waiter didn't know anything. He said we don't just have vegi hamburgers. I said OK. I ended up getting vegetable nuggets. The restaurant was dingy.

Was there for lunch and as always it was super tasty, my favorite, salmon with teriyaki sauce and salad hemmmm

Sweet and atmospheric townhouse, super tasty - also vegan - wraps with falafel and hummus. Seating on multiple floors. Also delicious lemonade! The prices are moderate by Swiss standards.

Canteen, lunch only. But top price/performance. Mostly delicious
