True leader better staff very pushy Shisha only lasts a few minutes because the coal wasn't ready and the order came wrong and the music was much too loud and you had to half scream so that you could understand each other

Shisha man is the best👍He serves the guests very friendly and always asks if everything is okay.

Very bad service. Orders are ignored. It used to be better, unfortunately that is no longer the case.

The service is a 0 out of 5, no hello. We wanted to order drinks but didn't have a shisha menu yet. She gave us the menu and just ran away instead of picking up the drinks. We then waited 10 minutes until she came back. Then brought the wrong drink. Instead of completely remaking it, she simply added the alcohol and returned it... really outrageous, not possible. No apology, she then said it can't be, there's no alcohol in it and she still looks crooked. Coals were never replaced in 2 hours. She never came on her own to ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. Unfortunately, the service still needs training or something.. Disappointing for the first time here and it's impossible to leave a bad impression.. Just by the way.. Even the lemon came too late for the shotli.. what a shame!

Good shisha bar with good shisha. The staff is very friendly and the shisha are very good. 1 shisha costs 25Fr. Which is okay. You could turn the music down a bit because you would like to have a conversation.

The best shisha I've had in a long time! The taste lasts a long time and the shisha doesn't scratch at all. A small minus point for the lamb epito, where the meat consisted mainly of cartilage. The service was friendly and good.

Burgers and pizza were crispy, delicious and delivered warm. Rarely have I had such a friendly and reliable delivery service! Can highly recommend the toms!! The price-performance ratio is more than just a little bit right! You should appreciate delivery services like this! It's crazy what these people do there!! Hats off and thank you very much!

Here you can play billiards, darts etc. The shisha is very good here. The restaurant itself is nothing special. The door to the men's toilet was broken. It's always very crowded on weekends, so you should get there very early if you want to get a spot. Overall, a cozy place to enjoy a shisha with friends!

Cozy shisha bar with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. On weekends it is advisable to reserve the seats as it is almost always full between 5:00 p.m. and midnight. The negative thing is that the music is often very loud and the operation is sometimes... inquires about the order again.
