I can't rate the room. We only used the spa area. We were disappointed with the hygiene. The pools were dirty (inside and outside). There is an unpleasant smell in the steam bath (mold?). There is no cold pool to cool down after the sauna.

Very nice address with welcoming and multilingual staff. The spa is really complete. The rooms are really quiet and spacious and the bedding is very comfortable. We will come back with pleasure. The restaurant's menu is extensive and delicious. In short, this is an address to remember

The food is very, very tasty and prepared in the traditional way a la Mama that you don't find that often these days. The staff is warm and welcoming. The ambience is excellent as it should be in Bella Italia. Simply fantastic

Bergweg Sunnbüel-GemmiMy review refers to the restaurant, not the hotel. The staff is unfriendly and ignored us for a good 5 min. We found a free table and then they came to see us like we appeared out of the blue and not waited in front of them until then. The waiter brought us a completely different dish than what we have ordered saying he made a mistake and ordered something else for us. I do not recommend the rösti. It’s dry and made from boiled potatoes. The view is nice and the concept also, but they need to train their staff.
