Making appointments, speed and quality of service, discussions with the technical team, everything perfect. We brought a Wilier and a Bianchi and since then our bikes have been carefully monitored. We have finally found a trusted partner.

Great welcome, always in contact with me during the time the bike was in the workshop to notify me of changes and such, there to help (provide the documents I needed for insurance, order parts directly from from the manufacturer etc) and great job (and fast), I feel like I have a new bike again!

I carried out a service for a Canyon E bike. Top-notch service, responsiveness and advice! My bike is like new!

I live in Geneva and TNCE is the only Canyon certified atelier within 100km that is in Switzerland. Neverless, I am happy I found them. Amazing service all round. Had a major issue with my bike, they contacted Canyon and had to order a new frame, had it sent directly to them at the shop. The guys had to dismount and remount everything on the bike and if it wasn't for Christmas and New Year, it would have been ready within a couple of weeks. I can't thank them enough for the quick turn around and amazing work. 100% recommend for any type of bike but especially a Canyon. Thanks guys

Excellent service on my Canyon for a warranty case. Once the problem was identified, the parts were ordered, I received a phone call to inform me that I could drop off and pick up the bike (in the same day 👍)

Endless waiting time for a part, unnecessary repairs billed and a service unfortunately not well finished as well as deadlines indicated on the site not respected... After delivery for a simple service, there was finally a replacement of several parts on my bike which did not solve a non-existent gear shifting problem, several discussions with an unfair mechanic and then to end up waiting 1 month and half for a piece that I can order myself at home delivered in three days, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. No proposals for an arrangement either or any proposal to speed things up. If indeed it goes well for most customers I must admit that this time the service was not up to par.

Condescending, would not recommend this shop. Came in, said I was looking for an e-VTT, and the man working immediately said he only had “VTTs for cycling in the alps”, and assumed whatever he had for sale was “too advanced” for me. I also asked if they organized group rides, or any group rides for women specifically, and he cut me off and said “not for you only for road bikes”. I presume he didn’t think I was capable of road cycling either.

Yannis and his colleagues are very friendly and skilled mechanics. I got an express service for my second-hand bike. I booked the appointment for 9 am on a Saturday and the bike was ready for me by noon. They also carry spares and other cycling accessories.

Good guys a good service. They offer good advice. One star missing due to the reservation system which is not efficient. I took appointment for 9am, at the same time 2 other people were given appointment and only one person was there to welcome the cistomers.
