Törtlifee made the cake and a sweet table at our wedding. It was simply heavenly! Everything looked beautiful and tasted like heaven. Everything was perfect from the start. The preliminary discussion was extremely professional and convinced us very much. We can absolutely recommend them!

For my daughter's birthday we ordered a Minnie Mouse cake, which we then went to pick up. The cake cost a little over 200 francs. At home that evening while cutting the cake, we were shocked to discover that our daughter's name had been spelled incorrectly. We were very annoyed and I was really sad about it. The 20-30 guests were also upset and couldn't understand how something like that could happen. I then wrote a response email. There was a quick reply with an apology and that she would send us something. Unfortunately we haven't heard anything since then. We are really disappointed because our expectations were very high for the price. Despite everything, at least we enjoyed the cake. But unfortunately I can't give more than 2 stars due to the other circumstances. Reply to reaction to review: Again, I appreciate the apology and the quick response. Of course, mistakes can happen and luckily mistakes don't have a devastating impact in every profession. So far nothing has arrived by post, 8 days later, but we don't expect that either. To add to this, our daughter's name is not rare but is found very often today. I agree with you about the check upon collection, this is described in the terms and conditions and unfortunately not noticed. Which still doesn't justify the mistake. If the customer comes to pick up the cake when it's over 30 degrees, you're stressed anyway and the cake is only shown to you for a short 3 seconds, you actually don't notice anything like that. You also have to check the information when ordering and rely on it. I rely on it and don't want to have to check it three times for a simple order. I would still like to thank you for your efforts and as I said, we really enjoyed the cake. :)

Too expensive: 5.80.- for cupcakes? not worth it at all. I would like a statement on how this price came about? The dough consists of a run-of-the-mill dough. So nothing special.

Small choice, high prices. Tastes ok though.

A great cake factory / patisserie with a large selection of cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, rochers... everything that makes us sweet-toothed people happy!

We would like to thank the Törtlifee team for the lovingly designed event, in which we were allowed to prop ourselves up and make our somewhat special wishes (Star Wars) for our wedding cake and for the beautiful and exquisite cake, which was the highlight of our aperitif. We and the guests were thrilled! Except for a misunderstanding about the delivery of the cake, everything went well.

Good but there are better ones.

Unfortunately we paid CHF 20.00 for a sample meal to go. The wedding cakes were not convincing. There is much better cake in Baden. I also think the CHF 20.00 is too high, CHF 5.00 would have been enough for the mini pieces.

Wedding cake in perfection! Taste and appearance TOP. Extremely friendly, competent advice and tasting. Three wonderfully fitting, self-drawn cake suggestions were made for us. The color concept was implemented wonderfully and the handling with the caterer was completely taken care of, so we didn't have to worry about anything. You feel like you're being advised individually and you notice the passion of all the employees. Truly first class!

We ordered a wedding cake for our wedding from Törtlifee. We had to postpone the date due to Corona and everything worked out easily and without any problems. We had a meeting with a tasting of the flavors for our cake, which came across as very professional. We were able to choose not only the filling but also from different biscuits. The cake was exactly how we wanted it. Not only did it look perfect, we also liked it. They were also very flexible when I came with a change request (instead of Peony sugar roses, English sugar roses). Highly recommended, we would choose Törtlifee again and have no regrets.

I've picked something up from the store several times. My attempts to chat were unsuccessful; the lady behind the cash register seemed visibly annoyed. Alright, after that I was quiet while shopping and today I just placed my order, including 1 bowl to go, which was repeated by the saleswoman (!). However, I received black coffee instead of my bowl, which was charged for... The products are good, but you shouldn't hope for human contact.

We enjoyed a cozy morning in the cafe with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, we weren't even greeted in the shop and were served with reluctance. Very unfortunate 😒

I ordered a wedding cake a while ago. She didn't respond to my wishes at all, told me she already knew what was best. The cake was frozen including the maceron. The taste wasn't good at all. Bisquite too firm. Very disappointing. No more!

Sometimes you'll be deceived by the appearance, but most of the items are very tasty and hard to resist. I soon tasted the entire huge selection.

What they sell there is very fine and always beautifully decorated

The best cakes I've ever eaten, that's why I only order there, price guide 👍 The biscuits are very fluffy and the filling is not at all thick and fattening. The staff is also very friendly and competent.

Rather very bad! Macaron are not fresh, either too hard or rubbery 🤮. For 2.- per piece, an absolute disgrace! There was so much food coloring in the Bayles Macaron, my whole mouth was blue afterwards!!! No way to figure out what flavor it was. I bought several: Champagne, Orange, Lemon, Bayles, Passion… Zero taste. I also bought 4 cupcakes, which were « ok ». No reason to leave again. All this for 44 euros means fraud to me!

I was there today with my colleague, two of us wanted to sit outside and were not allowed to sit at the table for four outside. It's only for 4 people. ! Never in my x years have I experienced such a cheek, not being allowed to sit there!! Always enjoyed being here. From today on we will never come again! This employee is nothing short of unfriendly! !!!

The new Törtlifee is just great

Definitely not recommended! My colleague commissioned Törtlifee to create a cake for a special occasion for us. She was also willing to pay more for this. The price differed significantly from the information on the homepage. However, this was not important as long as the price/performance ratio was ultimately right... 3 days before the event she received a call informing her that she was recommended to change the order. Classic rosettes made of buttercream are probably not recommended. Don't get me wrong...we are happy about any recommendation, but not so close to the festival, even though the order was made months in advance and the order was discussed several times. Unfortunately, in the end we didn't receive the cake as ordered. There was no price reduction for this either. Instead, a small 1-tier cake worth CHF 220.-, which unfortunately wasn't well received by the guests. The disappointment was therefore great. It's a shame, for this price we understandably expected more performance and service.

My “to-go” shop when I want to treat myself to something sweet. The prices are a little higher, but in my opinion they are worth it. Friendly staff and clean shop. With Too-Good-To-Go you also fight against food waste! Very worth living in and always happy to come back.

Very large selection, but nice and clear. I bought PopCaks (balls on a stick) about 4 weeks ago, they were nice to look at but the dough was raw 😬. I don't know whether it has to be that way.

I only order cakes here; for every occasion. Ms. Rohr is absolutely creative and responds to requests with great attention to detail. Her style absolutely suits my taste and I recommend Törtlifee to anyone who is looking for something special.

Excellent cakes and cupcakes. The cupcakes here are light and airy and, above all, not too sweet. Simply a dream. Not only does it look good, it also tastes AAA+ wedding cakes according to customer requirements, almost anything is possible.
