Positive: - The room is really clean. - The room has a refrigerator. - The rooms are large. - The location is good. - Covered outdoor area with a nice atmosphere. - Parking possibility behind the house Negative: - Staff is only there during restaurant hours. - Unpleasant smell in the stairwell (probably from the kitchen) - Staff cannot speak English or German. - No breakfast before 7am. - The price is very high. - Outdated facilities. Update: This time I got a room that hasn't been renovated in the last 30 years. Is it too much to ask for new furniture from ikea or somewhere else after what feels like 100 years? I find it a disgrace for the price that is charged here per night. For the price of 10 nights you can renew a room but the owners are probably too stingy for that. The room isn't really clean either, dust and stains everywhere. Was only here because there were no other rooms available at short notice. There is also only a single socket at the entrance door to the room, which is just a shame. The breakfast is also very stingy, there is a croissant and a few little things to choose from but for the price you get a luxury room and a top breakfast in the ibis hotel

Good choices on the menu. The meats and starters are very good and we had a pretty good evening. The establishment, however, seems to have a plumbing problem (I suggest SKM sanitary Sàrl to remedy the problem) given the categorical refusal to serve a carafe to accompany our glass of wine. We therefore had to resort to a bottle of still water at the reasonable price of around 8 francs (more or less). Avoid if you like to drink water.

Very disappointed. I had a hamburger with pan-fried foie gras, the meat is tasteless and full of water (most certainly frozen) the foie gras is tiny and not pan-fried, you just taste the taste of ketchup, the bread is no better. Last time !!!

Don't be fooled by the name "The Red Tower". Since its acquisition, this establishment is no longer worth the detour, certainly the roasted meats are good, however, the rest is not me. The icing on the cake is to ask for a carafe of water. It will be refused to you. This is particularly petty. Especially since a good bottle of wine was ordered. During my company dinner last December, we enjoyed a good Chinese fondue at the restaurant. I found it very unfortunate the lack of sympathy from the staff and the boss during this evening. Also the cellar deserves better traffic and more variety.

On weekends in the area, We rented a room in this establishment. Very good value for money. In addition, the presence of the restaurant on the ground floor made our lives easier. Nous étions là dans le cadre d’un souper de comité de fin d’année, 12 personnes. Nous avons tous pris château Briand. Viande très bonne et tendre, légumes et pommes dauphines très bons aussi et bien cuisinés. Petit bémol sur la quantité de viande... Le problème était le service, gros manque d’organisation chez les sommelières. Elles ont commencés servir la viande les accompagnements n’ont pas suivis et le temps que tout le monde soit servi la viande était froide. Au moment du dessert, sur 5-6 desserts proposés que deux étaient disponibles. Dommage. Par contre le patron a entendu nos remarques et va essayer de s’améliorer.

Habitué à ce restaurant depuis longtemps, nous y sommes retournés pour la première fois depuis le changement de propriétaire. La première impression fut déjà perturbante : nous avions réservé pour trois, et visiblement les 3 serveuses ne savaient pas où nous mettre alors qu’il restaient bien une 20ene de places de libres à notre arrivée (d’ailleurs le restaurant n’était de loin pas plein ce soir la. Assis à table, nous avons patienté 15 minutes avant qu’on s’occupe de nous ... il y avait une table de 4 et une de 2 à ce moment là, pour 3 serveuse et le patron.... Après un nouveau délai d’attente, nous avons reçu nos entrées qui étaient vraiment excellentes ! Pour le plat principal ça c’est gâté: à deux nous avons commandé un château brillant qui était excellent, mais qui est arrivé froid (ce qui est normal quand on le sort de la braise et qu’on le laisse dehors pendant de longues minutes. La viande a été découpé à la va vite: sur les 3 petits morceaux, aucun n’avaient la même épaisseur, voir même un qui etair déchiqueté.... bref. Nous avons bien attendons 5 minutes que l’entrecôte du 3ème arrive avant d’attaquer notre plat, mais celui-ci n’est arrivé que quand nous avions terminé... d’ailleurs pourquoi mettre a la carte une entrecôte à 300gr et d’empiler 2 bout de viande de 150 l’un sur l’autre? Pendant le repas, nous avons demandé un supplément de sauce: la serveuse nous a répondu qu’il n’y en avait plus puis s’en est allée sans autre explication. Un peu surpris, nous avons redemandé un supplément à une autre service qui nous l’a apporté cette fois...la première service se sentant vexé par notre seconde demande a décidé de nous ignorer le reste de la soirée... en milieu de repas, le chef vient nous demander si tout ce passe bien: on lui dit qu’on trouve la nourriture excellente mais lui expliquons qu’il doit améliorer le service. Notre remarque était positive afin de l’aider à s’établir dans cette petite région où tout le monde parle... la réaction du chef a été chocante: il est parti avant même d’avoir fini notre phrase....Après avoir consommé pour 400.- a 3, nous avons demandé la note que nous avons payé par carte. Et la, pas possible d’avoir la quittance de la machine autrement que par mail ou sms... étant des industriels de la région, nous ne transmettons pas comme ca facilement ses informations. Nous avons tenté d’expliquer notre cas et la réponse a été : c’est comme ça on ne peux rien faire d’autre.OK... pour finir, lors de notre sortie il n’y avait personne dans la salle depuis de longue minutes: normal car les serveuses étaient trop occuper à fumer dans la cuisine au lieu de s’intéresser à 3 malheureux client qui n’ont laissé en finalité que 130.- par personne C’est dommage car le goût est là, mais le service et l’attitude fait que nous ne retournerons pas à ce restaurant, et encore mois avec nos clients

L'accueil, la gentillesse, la serviabilité et la rapidité du service. Nous avons pris le menu du jour : Boeuf Strogonov... etc. C'était excellent. La viande était tendre, la sauce avec légumes excellente. Normalement, je ne mange jamais ce genre de plat mais là, j'y retournerai pour le manger... Merci.

On y est retourné après le récent changement de Patron.Voici mes remarques :Positif :- patron sympa mais moins charismatique que l’ancien - qualité de la viande toujours aussi bonne- personnel serviable et agréable - petites modifications positives dans la deco - Carte variée Négatif :- les plats principaux nous ont été servis avec un échelonnement d’au moins 10 min, ce qui fait que lorsque le dernier a été servi, le premier a mangé son plat refroidi. Effort à faire côté synchronisation du service entre la rôtisserie (cheminée)et la cuisine. - mauvaise gestion du parking où les places n’étant pas marquées, c’est un peu l’anarchie Mon impression d’ensemble est bonne et prometteuse mais il y a cependant encore des efforts à faire pour retrouver le niveau d’avant.Nous y retournerons pour suivre l’évolution de cet établissement emblématique de Delémont.

Endroit décoré avec goût et modernisme, petite carte essentiellement de viande rouge cuites au feu de bois. Viandes de bonne qualité frites maison mais un peu molles salade variée et de grande fraîcheur. Peu de choix en vin ouvert... 7fr50 le dcl de valpolicella...

Le bœuf vient d'Uruguay, pourtant chère ! J'ai demandé bien cuit, j'ai été servis 20 minutes après les personnes qui était à ma table et lorsque j'ai découpé ma viande elle était bleue !! Je leur ai demandé qu'il me la récuise 15min après il me l'apporte alors saignante ! Inadmissible pour dire que c'est un restaurant spécialisé en rôtisserie ! Beaucoup trop chère pour ce que s'est !

La déco a été refaite c’est très charmant !Avis aux gourmands:Le vrai pluss de ce restaurant c’est que pendant votre repas on vous proposera de reprendre un peu de légumes, pommes dauphines maisons, vous ne repartirez pas en ayant faim :)La carte des desserts a un peu changée et se veut plus simple... dommage mais peut être est-ce a cause de la saison ?Nous y retournerons aucun doute et si vous êtes de passage je vous le recommande vraiment!

Tolles Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung. Das Bison Entrecôte war zart und lecker mit guten Beilagen und grosser Weinauswahl. Das Fleisch wird direkt am Feuer grilliert. Ich komme gerne wieder. La viande est très délicieuse, tendre et de haute qualitée!
