Great food. Service was also good but the sommelier and maitre D.could put a smile on their face to make us feel more welcome. They both looked very stern and awkward. The waiters were perfect.The place is also very dark, lighting should be improved. They have these little lamps on each table that have an awful glare, take up too much space and are useless if you move them to either end of the table.

5 kms from Geneva, in La Réserve hotel & Spa. This restaurant is a gem of Chinese place, you will forget the best duck you ever tried if you eat one here. Even the other Chinese dishes were top ones. We took advantage of our stay at La Réserve to book our New Year's Eve meal in this 1-star Chinese restaurant in the Michelin guide (rather rare). What a disappointment for the quality of the dishes (especially for the Peking duck and the beef), the presentation, the service and incidentally the location (in a corner facing a curtain...) a little sad for New Year's Eve . And to top it all off, we forget to serve ourselves rice (the chef's specialty). When we know the prices of this type of restaurant we have reason to be amazed...

Restaurant located in a beautiful hotel a little outside the center of Geneva. Cantonese cuisine, with mainly spicy dishes, excellent vegetable spring rolls, as well as dim sum. The sea bass with ginger is very pleasant. Fantastic caramel ice cream. Impressive wine list with choice of excellent Barbaresco. Precise and fast service. The environment was a bit dark and noisy, also due to the presence of a group of rather tipsy Americans (it's certainly not the restaurant's fault and in fact the waiters even apologised). Account without surprises. In conclusion, an excellent and refined Chinese restaurant in Geneva.

Overall a must try experience, however, a few comments and recommendations. Would pass on the suggested menu course. We opted for the diamond menu and some dim sum items on the menu. If we ever make another trip to Geneva, I would try Le Tse Fung again and order the following: duck (1 way) so you get more meat for the peking duck, the 2 way option left you with minimal meat to wrap, and it mostly was just the duck skin. The duck skin was crispy just like a potato chip. Order the wonton soup, some dim sum items, the signature red rice wrap, fried rice and the two desserts to share.

This is the second time this month that we have tried to dine at this restaurant. The previous time it was not possible since despite it being empty because it was very early, since we did not have a reservation we did not have the privilege of being given a table. But today the sky is crying out. We had a table for 3 at 9:30 p.m. but we had extended it for 6 from the hotel reception. Well, after a look of contempt from a restaurant worker and 6 min. Waiting, they told us that it was 9:45 p.m. and that the table was not at that time nor for 6 and that the kitchen had already closed. The truth is that it is not understood that having a Michelin star, a restaurant has such a lack of proactive attitude, so little flexibility and such poor customer service.

The food is excellent, the setting magnificent but the service a little too long. We took 2 roast ducks for 420.- chf and it was not possible for us to have a stove under the dish because "because of covid, the dishes are no longer kept warm?!?!" server response. Just a dark joke for the price. Result, cold duck after 5 minutes. Too bad given the price, and I'm sure covid has nothing to do with all of this. This is the reason for my minus star.

Very disappointing. Nice place certainly but: Service so zealous that it becomes annoying. Meal: lemon chicken that is not crispy, dry, in short bland. Pork ribs: low tenderness, fairly coarse honey sauce. The most dismaying thing: the rice was clearly a failure (!), not far from the quality of school canteen rice. How to justify this Michelin star?? The price, undoubtedly: 36.- a 10cl glass of Burgundy, good but far from extraordinary.

Nice service and good presentation but the food didn’t met our expectations taking into account that this is a Michelin restaurant (supposedly). The ribs were completely dry, the fried rice was normal. The bill came up to 900 francs, which included the wine, but still I must say that it’s not worth it at all. This place is the perfect example of being more expensive doesn’t mean it has to be better. So in conclusion: good and attentive service (as it should being inside a 5 star hotel) but the food was bad, and that’s why I don’t recommend this place to eat.

I’m very disappointed. The whole experience was really bad. The staff is not train enough. They mess up our reservation. We booked for 9 people, the table was for 7. To give us the menus, it took them 20 mins. The waiting time for the food was incredibly long! We always needed to ask for them to refill our glass of wine. Food is very average. We complained to the manager 3 times. At the end, they offered us 2 deserts and coffee. I felt disrespected. It was my friend birthday and the evening got ruined because of this.

Prices are average for this type of place but the water is like 12 francs ?! Premier service sans aucun intérêt donc, c'est sec, sans saveur, à peine sauvé par une sauce prune-arachide plutôt réussie.Seconde service, une sorte de farce de canard trop salée, rugueuse en bouche, accompagnée de feuilles de choux à remplir et de la fameuse sauce prune-arachide qui n'arriva pas à sauver le plat.Heureusement le dessert à la mangue fut une belle surprise. Le seul plat digne d'une étoile.Un café très quelconque avec des mignardises ridicules termina ce repas.Bref du vite-fait pour touriste avec des assaisonnements non rectifiés qui n'ont même pas été goûtés par le chef qui ose envoyer ces assiettes.Nous avons été très déçus.A près de 600 Frs à deux, on connaît de meilleurs adresses sur Genève et si vous recherchez un Hôtel/Spa de luxe, Lausanne vous tend les bras avec le merveilleux restaurant de chez Pic.

Un canard laqué traditionnel (mais cher, CHF 188.-) servi en un seul service !!! ce qui est totalement inhabituel pour un tel plat. L’entrée, une soupe aigre piquante totalement banale et le dessert ,une simple soupe de mangue comme on peut la faire soi-même à la maison, ne relèvent en aucun cas de l’étoile Michelin. Seuls les prix, très élevés surtout pour les vins, confirment qu’il s’agit bien d’un restaurant étoilé... Peut nettement mieux faire et pour les amateurs de très bon restaurant chinois, allez voir le Fu Lin a l’hôtel Fairmont ...

Nos papilles se sont régalées de toutes ses belles saveurs. Le restaurant est classe et chaleureux et le service à la hauteur du lieu, malgré les 3 premiers plats servis un peu trop rapidement et avant même que nous avions terminé un des plats.Nous étions venus célébrer un anniversaire et nous remercions Melissa, notre serveuse, pour sa gentille attention à cette occasion et sans demande express de notre part... même si nous préciser l'importance de mettre un avis n'était pas nécessaire.

Le jarret de bœuf mariné aux épices et crêpes à la ciboulette est vraiment incroyable, tout comme les rouleaux de riz rouge aux crevettes et les dim sum. Le plat incontournable pour moi c’est le canard laqué, une vraie merveille. Viande goûteuse, cuite à la perfection, peau de canard croustillante, sauce hoisin sucrée et petite julienne de crudités : le tout à mettre au centre d’une crêpe que l’on roule ensuite.. une tuerie!! (Habituellement ce sont les serveurs qui confectionnent les crêpes, mais en ces temps de pandémie c’est à nous de le faire et c’est top!). C’est le meilleur restaurant chinois, sans conteste. Mention spéciale pour le service, les serveurs sont adorables. Notamment Angelos (le grec !) qui a été plus que charmant avec nous durant tout le repas. Allez-y les yeux fermés

Grand menu tout était absolument parfait en terme de cuisine , repas sur la terrasse, prise de commande rapide et service sympathique de la part de deux jeunes filles adorables. Dommage, un seul sommelier pour plus de 70 couverts et de plus avec ce soir là deux grandes tables de plus de 10 personnes service du vin inexistant autant le faire soi même, ce que nous avons fait à plusieurs reprises. Visiblement un manque de personnel au service ce soir là. Malgré tout ça bravo au personnel de service qui faisait son possible.

Un grand grand merci à Noura et toute son équipe! Nous avons été émerveillés par le cadre (Terrasse donnant sur le parc de l’hôtel), les mets d'une incroyable finesse, délicieux et chargés de saveurs!Le personnel est au petit soin et tout sourire!
