I tried ordering via UberOne. Unfortunately the order was not accepted and we are without food. The service on the phone was subpar. She asked me for the order number but suddenly there was another person on the phone. Frustrated, I ended the phone call. What a shame😢! And I'm fucking hungry!

The food was good. But unfortunately it was only lukewarm when it was brought to our table, which is a shame. We ordered duck twice and fried rice twice. We started eating, unfortunately the food got very cold very quickly. Warming plates would have been good. The food would have stayed warm just as a little tip. We called to reserve a table and ordered Mu Grata. The employee only spoke very broken German and didn't understand us. When we came to the restaurant on Monday. And we told the waitress we ordered mu grata. She told us there was no mu grata and was only available for groups of 4 or more. Absolutely minimalist lunch buffet at the proud price of 22 francs. At 12:30 p.m. there was hardly any meat left. Never again!

Reserved a table online one day in advance. The answer was literally "Are you serious? 14 minutes before impact? We are a restaurant, not an online bot office...." And that even though the reservation was made a day in advance!!! When we got there, no table was reserved (the email was in spam) and the staff was overwhelmed. The food was great, but with such cheeky contact... there should be 0 stars.

We have eaten in Tuk Tuk many times, both for dinner and at the lunch buffet, and have also picked up take-away. The food was excellent every time. The staff is always very friendly and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. There are huge portions, especially when it comes to take away. Thanks to the team and keep it up! We will certainly continue to be regular customers.

We ordered a table for 4 on the website at around 10:30 in the morning as no one was available by phone yet. When we arrived in the evening it was clear that the reservation had not been registered. After a very long wait, we were finally allowed to order and quench our thirst. The starter came relatively quickly, although a soup was missing. When we asked, the answer came: "It'll be right away, don't stress.". The only criticism about the taste - you have to look for the vegetables in the Früllibgsrolls, they were only filled with glass noodles. When the main course came, you noticed that it still needed to be cleared away. The food was good but what was strange was that the Thai bean dish I ordered (No. 22) had no Thai beans in it. When I asked the waitress about it, the answer came: "Maybe no one has any left, but I'll go take a look.". However, the person sitting next to me had his plate full of beans...so huh?? The same plate came back with 5 pieces of beans in it. It simply wasn't the dish I ordered. I don't like the feeling that I have no idea about the staff. The bill was then rounded off, for which we had to wait a good 15 minutes. Conclusion: The food tasted good but everything about it wasn't right for me. There are nicer and better Thai restaurants in the area.

Having lived in San Francisco and Honolulu ( cities with extensive Thai communities)for decades, we have grown to love Thai cuisine. We were a little hesitant to try it in Switzerland. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The Bern city setting was delightful. The service was impeccable. However, we didn’t go for the location or service. We went for the food. And, let me tell you, if the location and service were terrible, we would still definitely return. The food was some of the best we’ve had! We definitely recommend Tuk Tuk Thai!

I picked something up there for the first time last Thursday. The order was received in a friendly manner. Even though I was told it would take 15 minutes to prepare, everything was ready after 10 minutes! Then the surprise at home. Instead of massaman curry, sweet and sour chicken was packed. And the duck was completely dried out. No idea what it was. But I will give the TukTuk another chance. Then I will definitely be allowed to correct this review 😊 Tried it again, everything worked perfectly!

The Green Chicken Curry was very good, while the duck and Pad Thai were average at best. Cost of the main dishes was very high for what was served, and the service was not friendly at first. The ambience of the restaurant was average.

Since the names of the dishes are not very meaningful to us, the photos of each dish were very welcome. The extensive menu invites you to enjoy even more unknown Asian delicacies. People also like to eat Thai with their eyes. The colorful design of the dishes ordered was a first highlight. Good choice for Thai food if you are in the area. We ordered the green and red curries, which were well prepared with fresh vegetables. Both curries ended up quite similar in terms of flavor and ingredients, which was a bit surprising, as they usually are quite distinct. Friendly service, good vegetarian options.

The food was very good and there is a large selection. The service was friendly and there were no long waiting times. Verbal communication can still be improved, but with mutual will it works perfectly. We'd love to come back.

The restaurant didn't want to deliver the food even though I selected delivery and paid delivery costs. If you don't know how Uber eats works, you shouldn't.

We were there for the first time. The food was really tasty, full praise here. Also applies to the friendly service. Only the atmosphere (we were in the small room towards the roundabout) could be a little more comfortable. But it didn't spoil the meal, we'll definitely be back.

Delicious food. Service was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately there were significant problems with communication. We and our table neighbors had to communicate in English and even so it was sometimes a bit difficult to understand. Reaction to your answer: That's all ok and you have to start once. Nevertheless, it should be possible to be able to communicate at least somewhat in your native language (or at least standard German). It also has something to do with respect for the guest.

Today I went into the tuk tuk with a good friend and I see in front of me. The good Sutjai (I hope I spelled the name correctly). Familiar face. I knew immediately that this would be a very tasty lunch. And that was it. The food is very good. Generally very friendly staff. I will definitely come here more often in the evening in the future and get dinner as a takeaway. Thank you.

My God it was delicious. Me and my wife were in the tuk tuk for the first time today. The menu offers something for everyone and is relatively inexpensive. The food was excellent and there was more than enough. So you have to be prepared for a full stomach. We'll definitely be happy to come back.

Fair price for a huge portion and very fine food.

We were so happy when we saw that there was finally going to be a Thai restaurant opening in Münsingen. It took us a few months to have time to visit, but it was definitely worth the wait. Fantastic food, great variety of dishes on the menu, fast and very friendly service. We have already recommended Tuk-tuk to friends and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended !

The “take-away buffet” is very good. The dishes are authentic, as you would expect from Thailand. It would be desirable if you could get the take-away menu at lunchtime without a drink, for example for CHF 15.-. I wish you good luck with your new business in Münsingen.
