We ordered dinner, a hot dog and a cheeseburger + onion rings. Unfortunately the sauce was missing and the burger was cold. Without further ado, I called and explained the situation. They apologized and quickly delivered the entire new menu + free cola. After initial difficulties, a good conclusion. 8/10

This Sunday has been a complete disappointment so far. Caviezel in the hospital, no points again in the World Cup prediction game and then tutku... Our expectations for the dinner we ordered were high. But when the courier finally rang the doorbell after 2.5 (!) hours, disillusionment and disappointment quickly spread. To the burger. Without a doubt, the burger bread wasn't on the shelf until today. The racelette cheese was ice cold and had already solidified again. The burger meat was very dry and bland. The fries were totally soggy. In my opinion, French fries also need to be salted. But this is obviously not generally known. There is only good things to say about the mozzarella sticks. These were well thawed and fried. My tip to everyone who is thinking about ordering from Tutku: First check the fridge to make sure there is nothing there. I would have had a Cervelat in there, which, combined with some cheese, lettuce and onions, would definitely have made a better dish than this burger.
