Twin Peaks Restaurant in Crans-Montana

Since the work I haven't been back...well what can I say...the clientele has changed...no longer groups of hungry young people...and for good reason...nothing on the plates...roesty ...child portion...glayriade...tiny...and not very fragrant...apart from the very strong taste of the wine...etc..etc... Only our friend with his raclette at his discretion did quite well because there were few people and therefore...he was served...as it should be... On the other hand, raclettes from Fribourg...from Zurich??? Not enough valley here with different cheeses and different tastes??? Like gomser...turteman...convict...etc... Long live the cheese restaurant...typical Valais... And...I wouldn't go back!

We had lunch at 4 this afternoon (2 p.m.) Super good dishes. Extra soup and incredible rostii. Top service, great team, helpful, smiling, available, professional… We highly recommend!!

We ate very fine fundue. It tasted great, we got bread and potatoes. Service was very friendly.

Far too much waiting to be served (daily menu) even though there were 5 customers in the restaurant, one dish did not correspond to the order, the children's portion of fries was served 25 minutes after the adults' dishes .

Very good restaurant, a somewhat hidden pearl in Crans-Montana. We went there twice, once at the end of the afternoon in February to eat a pancake and a second time in April for lunch. Both times the staff was very pleasant, kind to our 3 year old daughter. The second time we had the Chinese fondue as the dish of the day, we were 4 adults and our daughter and asked to share with her because she doesn't eat a lot, it was no problem she had her plate and cutlery to accompany us, without any extra charge. Really a very pleasant discovery and excellent food.

Third time I've come and always pleasantly surprised. The dishes are very good and the service is top notch. The little extra? The terrace in the sun to enjoy the good weather.

We had a great evening with fine regional specialties (fondue & raclette) The portions are large - that's why the price/performance ratio is right. Vallesano restaurant between Crans and Montana, excellent black truffle fondue, quality wines and truly friendly and kind service, the desserts are the strong point. I will return without a doubt.

We were first welcomed by a very friendly and smiling young man. We came one afternoon and had the Chinese fondue, the meat was tender and the seasonings were there. The value for money was excellent (28chf/pers), I recommend!!!

I was in Crans Montana for 4 days and I ate in several restaurants, but I must say that this restaurant has one more point, I find it very elegant, the welcome and the service were excellent, they made us feel good treated, the fondue was very good and the manager recommended an excellent wine. We will definitely come back.

We had a bad experience where the restaurant manager would not let us order the food we wanted. In addition to cheating us with the quantities, at no time the service was professional.

Bad service and quality. We had a problem when paying and it wasn't our fault, they treated us as if we had stolen.

The fondue was not liquid at all and we were treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism. We were a big group is true. But they knew it in advance, they could have been prepared.

They don't know how to manage big groups of people. They could definitely treat people better and be more flexible. I have tried better Fondues for less money.

Very correct lunch formula, excellent value for money. A special mention for dessert: red fruit swirl, cinnamon ice cream, meringue chips mmmmm...

Been there last night. Poor quality food: tasteless fish; bad cheese fondue; disappointing meat; etc. Even the wine was bad. What a place! Will not return.

Prices far too high, not consistent with the culinary quality. The difference between the quality/price ratio of this restaurant and the one located just on the lower floor is obvious (we understand why at Viva Voce it's packed, and there, it's empty). There were only 2 of us in the entire restaurant, 4 people arrived, noisy, instead of spacing them out throughout the restaurant, the waiter placed them right next to us. Not terrible. Then, we are given the bill, and we wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to us. While the restaurant had less than 10 customers for more than 5 servers, is that logical?

Functional, nice rooms and a cozy ambience in the house let us enjoy our stay. Good price-performance ratio.
