Excessive prices for small portions. Service is awfully long and unpleasant. Kid menu is a rip off. Simply avoid.

We wanted to order 2 pizzas and 4 drinks for 4 people. But they weren't allowed to do that. You can't share the food, everyone has to order their own. That's why we went again. It's really rude that you're not allowed to share here. #sharingiscaring

We went there with 5 people including 3 children, they immediately offered us to eat downstairs, but the burgers and others were not available.... We accepted and we understood why...they don't want the children upstairs... Each family that arrived came to the bottom floor.... The suggestion was half free-range chicken with fries and salad. We asked for a portion of fries for our mini. Not possible, they only offer them with the chicken menu.... thank you for the flexibility... We finally took 2 mini pizzas (19fr/pizza all the same....) 1fr50/little syrup, really not a family restaurant.... 9fr50 for 5dl of panache! The service was hesitant, not very helpful....expensive price for the quantity.... Wood-fired pizza but lacks taste and dough too thick It was an experience but we will come back to it more....too bad

There was a time, I would have said this was the best restaurant in Cran-Montana, because I ate there several years in a row. Today it is a restaurant to avoid. The service is deplorable, the staff is not welcoming, we even seem to be disturbing. All this for food that is not worth the detour and prices that are largely disproportionate to the quality. Bring back the old manager!!

After years of frequenting this establishment, we can only see the gradual disintegration of both the quality of the food and the service. Stressed service, restaurant but very busy inside and out, so understandable. Food was good, but nothing special. The house itself, wood and stone construction, gets the most points. Prices on the menu do not match the invoice.

Don't write negative reviews. What the Brasserie Gerber has delivered here in terms of cuisine is very questionable. The service was stressed. First wait 20 minutes until you are served. Then another 40 minutes until the food comes. The veal schnitzel was very small. The fries were burnt and smelled like old oil. The vegetable side dish was ok. The sea bass wasn't good either.

The size of the portions for children was poorly advised by the employee, even though it was clearly indicated that the children ate very little. Too bad because it's not so much the question of money but of waste. The sauces offered to accompany the meats were not available, we had to buy something else.

We went to Gerber at night, we stayed on the terrace, next to the street. We liked that location and the view. We ate pizzas, very good! Very tasty and crunchy. The service was very good, the waitresses were very friendly and the pizzas arrived quickly. Good price for Crans-Montana. Our experience was very pleasant! You can also eat inside. The menu is varied and includes Argentine roast meats. I recommend it!

The food was objectively very good, but there is certainly a hygiene/allergy concern. The cook touches the seafood with his bare hands, before touching, again with his bare hands, the pieces of meat, before touching the salads. All without washing your hands in between. For allergy sufferers or vegetarians, this seems to cause problems. In addition, we were kicked out of the restaurant as soon as the meal was finished.

Hello, yesterday 31.07.23 10:30 p.m. with friends we wanted to have a drink on the terrace a table was available but to be cleared, the waitress arrived and asked us if we wanted to eat and we replied that we were going to have a drink and That answer to was it doesn't happen like that here it's only for eating?? A smirk, deplorable welcome is aggressive a shame we left very disappointed and will not come back to this type of establishment???

Sunday afternoon, the pizza menu was available. After a day of cycling, we enjoyed our meal! The pizza dough is very thin and crispy, perfect! We were served quickly. Our waitress was welcoming and professional. The terrace is pleasant. I recommend and will return!

At the beginning we weren't served for half an hour and left the location again. Never happened to me before.

It's the best spot, but the servers need to learn elementary English. We always have a language difficulties with them, they even don't know how to say "menu", but the food, view, and atmosphere is top-notch❤️

we have just been there, aggressive welcome by a most unfriendly sommelier! We are distributed directly with no intention of returning! I strongly advise against going to this establishment which is so unwelcoming! Too bad for the bosses who lose customers because of terrible employees.

Good pizza, salad, and meat dishes. Courteous service and nice ambience. Unfortunately, a deduction for tuna that smells too strong on the pizza, the hamburger meat that is too red and the sometimes black mint leaves in the drink. There is still some room for improvement.

A wonderful welcome. The staff are wonderful and friendly with children. The food: everything is good! special mention for the fish, you have the impression of eating fish that has all been just caught.

After a very well-conducted and very successful renovation, the Gerber & Cie has reopened, to our great pleasure. The creation of a carnozet is a good thing because few restaurants in Crans-Montana have one. The cuisine is neat and very good. The welcome and service are very professional and very pleasant. The owners, always very inverted and attentive, manage the establishment with great fervor and energy.

The location is beautiful; the service great; the food just fine. Giving 3 stars due to (1) the quality of the food, and (2) the prices. Value for money is rather low.

This is the first time I have felt obliged to write a negative review about a restaurant. I went there during the New Year's Eve party with company. The prices displayed at the entrance to the establishment did not correspond to those received by the server (they had almost doubled). The server's justification was that everyone was doing the same (great argument). The margherita pizza cost almost 40.-. In addition, the pizzas taken that evening were really not good. I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews about this restaurant (probably people who know the establishment). The waiter told us the vegetables were frozen. Our table neighbors were of the same opinion as us regarding the quality of the meal. Frozen pizzas in large stores are much better than those taken that day. I am now ready to do the Koh Lanta food challenge. Asking if the cook was there for his first day of internship. I hope they will make changes because it was a disaster and yet I don't think I'm a complicated person, quite the contrary. To end on a positive note, the place is pretty and well located. Good luck for the future.

When you have 2 different dishes and the meat on the grill, you have to wait on the 2nd dish to heat it up for you in the microwave, it's shameful

Deplorable service. No sympathy waited 3/4 hours to finally eat a la carte. Still waiting for our glass of wine. The servers are stirring. Lamentable. Maybe there was a change of owners because it was great in other years. We will not return there. Many other restaurants with attentive staff. To the wise.....

Very warm welcome, the staff are lovely and the food is excellent! Homemade ravioli are delicious and very light. Special mention to one of the best Mojitos I have tasted. Dogs are allowed inside the establishment and the wood-fired pizzas are a treat.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of Crans-Montana. Decoration mixing old wood and natural stone. Friendly welcome. Particularly friendly and fast service. Argentinian meat grilled over a wood fire. We were in a group: our Belgian friends were coming there for the 4th time in ten days and would have appreciated a "commercial gesture" - coffee, digestive - to retain their loyalty (sic). Let yourself be tempted by a pizza: the dough is truly remarkable! To recommend.

5:30 p.m. we wanted to eat an ice cream and they wouldn't let us because we prefer to keep the table free for people who want to eat with the severe we couldn't discuss

We came to spend a few days in Crans Montana and while walking around, we were attracted by the pretty terrace of this restaurant which also considers Italian. When we arrived inside, the stressed waiter didn't even say hello to us despite him passing us several times. We decide to take a seat at a table and there we directly feel that we are not welcome there. The pasta was served without cheese, a bottle of sparkling water never arrived and the mozzarella on the pizza was so rubbery that we couldn't finish it. The cuisine of this restaurant is not worth stopping to eat. For a resort like Crans Montana this is more than shameful. The decoration and the terrace of this restaurant are the only positive point of this place.

Customers for over 30 years, and the pizza is still just as good! Unfortunately, regarding the service this is no longer the case 😡 today a new one at the service, nonchalant, no welcome (just the two of you?) no smile during the entire service; no passage to the table during the meal! WHAT IS SHE DOING IN THIS JOB 🥲 On the other hand, laughing out loud with the staff goes a long way! And no one said goodbye to us, possibly thank you or good afternoon when we left! It is a long way from the generation of Italian brigades (the best in this field in my opinion)

Family owned restaurant serving salads, wood fired pizzas, pastas and grilled food. Lovely interior and good place for lunch. Opposite the ice rink and also a few minutes from the cable car entrance. Good portions and a good price for a quick lunch.

Our main course was 15 CHF more than what was displayed on the menu. The room staff being in bad faith, we were attacked by the waiter who called us a thief.
