I'm a chef and would have needed at least 30 rolls (Bürli) for a dish, which are a little larger than normal rolls, so I thought it would be best to go to a Beck. Was a mistake. Answer "No, we don't make bigger rolls" then I went to the Coop and voila it wasn't a problem for the Coop. Therefore, I have to say for me as a professional, a small bakery that is not able to fulfill such a simple customer order from Friday to Monday no longer has a reason to exist. Especially when I hear from such small bakeries, "It's hard to do business" - a feat of business policy.

For me the very good bread is crucial - I have never been disappointed

The vermicelle is a bit too expensive at CHF 5.20. But very fine.

Ueli der Beck in Zollikofen has a counter filled with a fantastic selection. The staff is friendly, helpful and serves quickly. You feel welcome here.

It was on a Friday evening. I needed a luggage braid for the next day. Unsure, I wanted to know whether I could be able to place my order since it was at short notice. The staff's response: "Of course." The baggage pastry was excellent. 5 stars for the staff, service and product. Gladly again.

By far the worst bread I have ever bought in my life. Really burnt and hard as a brick. And the curd cake was really bad. I will 100% never buy anything here again

Always super warm service! Price-performance of the products is top, Swiss ingredients. You definitely have to try: Prussien, fig bread, ham and cheese croissants and fondue cake. There is always a cookie for children :-).
