Ultea in Neuchâtel

I've been there several times but my last experience was disappointing. The service was less pleasant, the prices increased and I left with the glass only partially filled... less product for a higher price and not great service that doesn't make me want to go back there soon...

I would like to point out that the place offers an impressive range of bubble tea, thus offering a multitude of à la carte options. The atmosphere of the place is particularly warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place to quench your thirst and have a pleasant time. Additionally, the team working there is not only welcoming but also extremely friendly, which adds to the overall experience.

I never get tired of tasting a delicious Matcha Latte or even milkshakes! The team is really lovely and the drinks really delicious!

It was perfect! I have been to alot of bubble tea shops etc. But Ultea is by far one of my favorite places! I got the Black tea bubble tea with cream and tapioca and a Taro cookie and it was wonderful! not too sweet or artificial tasting! The costumer service was great also! really kind and sweet! Would highly recommend!

I find that the hours could be MUCH better because when we get up in the morning and go to work it would be great to have our little hot bubble tea in the morning. To start the day right.

The staff is always friendly, and the teas are delicious. Advice is always given with a smile. The only downside is the recurring depletion of tapioca pearls at the end of the day, but as this is beyond their control, it in no way tarnishes their great work. Thank you🧋🤎

It’s always a pleasure to stop by Ultea! In addition to the very welcoming and super friendly staff, their bubbletea is simply excellent. The products are fresh and of good quality, they are not industrial fruit syrups as you can see elsewhere in Neuchâtel. I highly recommend Ultea!

Best bubble tea I have ever tasted! Super friendly and warm staff, never been disappointed even though I go there regularly. The tapiocas are of superb quality, like the other bobbas, and all the teas are delicious! Really a fan of this establishment, looking forward to coming back :)

Really good bubble tea, my favourite in Neuchâtel. Not too bland, not overly sweet, I love it. It's just a pity they don't make a warm fruit tea during cold weather.

I'm a fan of Taro Latte, both the old and the new recipe! ;) On the other hand, if you are so reluctant to sell jasmine tea because it is "too bitter", why display it several times on the menu? Each time, you insist that I take something else and these unexpected remarks make me lose my temper... =( You should be kinder to this poor tea (very good at that), it has done nothing wrong! Being a loyal customer since the opening, I spend every Saturday having a bubble, and I salute the efficiency and welcome of the employees, especially the manager who always has a smile despite the frequent rushes that there can be . Plus, the new flavors of bubble (watermelon and melon) are incredible. Thank you to all this wonderful team!

The chai tea was delicious but the black tea with creamy milk was INFECTED. I drank a lot of Bubble Tea and let me make a comment knowing that I am not a difficult person. Besides the weird bad taste, I had a stomach ache. . . (I am writing my answer here because there is no possibility to write following your answer) In reaction to your response, I am not a fan or member of the "OhChaCha" Bubble Tea, when I drink a Bubble Tea I just say it is good and if it is bad I say that too. And when I had a stomach ache after drinking Bubble Tea, I say that too. If I am writing to you, it is so that you can get feedback from your customers: the black tea with creamy milk that I had at your place today was not good at all. I had a friend try the Bubble Tea and she confirmed my opinion. So, pay attention to it the next time. On the other hand, the chai tea was delicious, continue to keep that quality there. I hope this will help you.

Best bubble tea in the world! I've tasted a lot of bubble tea but none comes close to this one! The tea is really not chemical, which makes it really good, the boba (fruit pearl) are very good and generous quantities, the staff really friendly and welcoming. Even if the teas are not cheap, if you compare with other bubble tea stores you will see that this store has the same prices as other stores. Top!

Best Bubble Tea in Switzerland. The place is great, remarkably clean, varied scents, and with great taste. Far from industrial stuff. Recently you changed the plastic straws for cardboard straws: it’s a disaster. The straw slowly dissolves in the tea, we can feel pieces of cardboard on the jelly/tapioca: this absolutely needs to be changed. The alternative to plastic could be pasta straws! Or you can always sell your own metal straws! It is washable and therefore reusable.

Quality teas (even if still a little expensive) with a wide choice of bubbles which contrast with a variable service, sometimes lacking in professionalism and which can veer into condescending bad faith during preparation errors. Nothing is more thirst-quenching than being looked down upon by blaming yourself. And don't expect to get an exchange in return! Too bad, a lost customer for a promising address.

Still THE reference for us for Bubble Tea in Western Switzerland

Bubble tea too sweet and with an ungenerous portion of tapioca and bubble, stressful and falsely pleasant employees so that I had a rather unpleasant time. I only recommend it if you really have no other choice and you are thirsty in the middle of a heatwave.

Bubble teas, in addition to being expensive and not very good, have a very small quantity of tapioca. I've tried a lot of different bubble teas in my life and this is probably the worst I've ever tried. The employees give an aggressive effect which makes the order very unpleasant. I don't recommend it especially for 6.5 francs.

A delight, a chance for me, no waiting, well recommended, with radiant sunshine, I loved the instant jasmine tea, lemon bubble peach I'll be back soon...

I returned outside of peak hours and was served perfectly. The products are very good and quality. If you wish, you can reuse your cup for the next time and you will have a small discount. Old post: Probably a victim of its success, you have to wait around twenty minutes to be able to enter and be served. Damage.

A very patient girl explained everything in the tiny but modern bubble tea store while a coworker prepared the drink freshly. Before we left with the bubble milk tea she offered us to taste first so we can add more sugar or milk if nesseccary but it was already tasty! The prices are very fair the sizes are not small, one is totally enough. They habe a big range to choose between the tea flavour (fruity, different black tea) and bubbles ( tapioca pearls, bubbles that pop open in the mouth and has a sweet sirup in it or jellys which are my favorite. Definitely worth comming back!
