Generous, tasty and well cooked, it really makes you want to go back. Since we discovered Bruno's Pizza we return there often! 3 grandes pizzas commandées à 18h50 pour une livraison prévue à 20h15. Paiement par carte de préférence comme indiqué sur le site. Sans nouvelles, rappel à 20h40 pour savoir où sont nos pizzas. On nous annonce un « problème d’ingrédients » et une livraison sous 15 minutes maximum. La moindre des choses est de tenir les clients informés.... A 21h05, toujours personne, et nos appels sont ignorés et restent sans réponse. Le livreur arrive finalement à 21h07, soit 2h17 après avoir commandé... Surprise, sur les 3 pizzas, une seule est de bonne taille, les 2 autres sont en petit format. On nous annonce en plus qu’il n’a pas le boîtier pour payer en CB, et qu’il n’a pas non plus de monnaie pour le change !! Très professionnel.. Les pizzas étaient bonnes, mais la gestion de commande désastreuse. La prochaine fois, nous irons à la concurrence même si les pizzas sont moins bonnes, afin de manger à l’heure souhaitée et à notre faim ! PS : Concept IKEA, selon la pizza commandée, elle peut arriver en kit.. la pâte d’un côté, cuite avec sauce et fromage, et le reste des ingrédients en sachets séparés à garnir soit-même. Une honte.
