Food in the Bümpliz area is very good. Unfortunately no credit card payment possible. We (BBC learners) were given the confidence to bring the money a day later, which we didn't exactly have in cash.

Food is quite OK. While I was waiting for a simple plate of kebab, I could have completed a business administration course, rented a place, produced my own kebab meat and served myself my own kebab. 1.5 hours for a kebab… Speechless.

We went to Umut again today for our junior's (13) birthday dinner. The ambience and the operators at Venezia are simply incomparable and unique. Aside from the food, another reason to visit. The kebab plates are also unique and def for normal hunger. too big. That's why we ordered the "small" plate 3 times. The only thing that is small here is the free space on the plate 🤣 A generous portion of kebab meat, a mountain of fries and some salad; Everyone will be fed up!! The waiting times are always relatively long but it's worth every minute for the whole experience and is simply part of Umut. Keep it up darlings, we'll be back! 🙌 😊

We had to wait a relatively long time (but the staff informed us). There was only one vegetarian menu, which we then ordered: 50% was fries, 50% green salad with onions and tomatoes. The whole thing for 16 francs + 3 francs for the drink. This restaurant is not recommended for vegetarians and we will certainly not eat there again.
