Unico in Zug

The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Add a good selection of wines, a tasteful design, and excellent service. What’s not to like :)

An enjoyable evening with a pleasant atmosphere. A real treat for the palate. We were thrilled. The dishes were prepared with love and attention to detail. All components on the plate harmonize very well with each other. The wines selected for the menu go perfectly. Noemi is a top chef who cooks to a high standard. A little insider tip in Zug.

Great little cozy and dignified restaurant. Great friendly staff, you greet and even say goodbye to the guests because everything invites you to do so. We were able to discover very good wine and the food was great. We would love to come back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but we had such a lovely evening that I felt compelled to leave something here. We had such a fantastic evening hosted by Noémie and her team. From start to finish, they made sure we were happy and we certainly were. It wasn’t a particularly busy evening, but a nice atmosphere and the food was so beautifully presented and delicious for each course. The ingredients were local and fresh and as it was my birthday, they presented me with a special something at the end. It felt like a really special evening. We’d love to come back!

Wow, what a small restaurant with very good service and very good food. There is a 4-course menu with wine accompaniment if you want. The price-performance ratio is right. Important: reserve! We will definitely go by again. Thank you Noemi and her team🙏

The restaurant 'Unico' in Zug is really 'Unico'. We had a super great evening with very friendly staff. The selection of wine matched very well with the different courses. The food was unique and very tasty. I can highly recommend the restaurant and will be happy to visit again!

The hosts are incredibly friendly, the wine selection is remarkable, the food is delicious and the fresh bread from the oven... hmmm 😋 Definitely try it yourself - it's worth it!

Único the name says it all. A trip from Costa Rica to Zug is even worth it.

Great cuisine at star level. The Resti is still new, but the cook has an incredible amount of experience. You don't eat to fill up, you allow yourself to be seduced by the art of cuisine. For everyone who knows Paul Bocuse, it's just going in this direction with a more modern cuisine and local ingredients from Zug and the region. Everything is made in-house and freshly cooked including bread, pasta, bouillon, ice cream etc. and without the addition of artificial additives, which is perfect for allergy sufferers such as: me 😀. We're still excited even though it's been a few days since our visit, but we'll definitely be back.

It was our Team Meeting evening on the end of year. It is really small place and been booked fully for the evening by our team only. Nice interior, kind service, all precautions been followed. All meals / wine been nice and delicious. Thanks to Andrea and Michael for nice evening!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Restaurant. Man wird sehr freundlich empfangen, das Essen ist ein Gaumenschmaus, die Weinauswahl ist vorzüglich und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Die Gastgeber nehmen sich für die Gäste wirklich Zeit, sind unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein stimmiger Abend. Engagiert und mit viel Liebe gekocht wurden wir verwöhnt. Auserlesen Weine rundeten den Abend noch ab. Die Gastgeber verbreiteten ein gediegene Atmosphäre.

A cozy little gem with only about 10 seats. Very friendly service, the food is very good with fresh local ingredients. They offer a 4-course menue at an affordable price. Winelist is small but profound, attractive prices. They even have their own wine from the Ticino part of Switzerland.
