If you risk calling to reserve a table, you risk, as happened to me today, being received badly and simply hanging up on you. And when you still go to the restaurant, hoping to find an available table since you weren't able to reserve, you get catcalled by this same waitress, who rather than apologizing, almost attacks you by telling you that you Do not call them between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Owl !!!

We are very disappointed because we were not even able to be served. The waitress and waiter saw us and they didn't even come to take our order we called them but they didn't even turn around. After 10 minutes we left. To avoid. After seeing your feedback, it confirms that you do not want to admit that I am right because you are afraid of losing customers. I am not that type of customer and that day, there were 3 tables... the customers arrived 5 minutes after us, were served before us and the waitress was cashing and could not come and take our order at the same time. Your comment reflects your bad faith and your sensitivity, just for that, we will never come back because it is your job to be polite and courteous. But hey, given the responses you write to your customers, no wonder you are like that in your restaurant. It's very good for a restaurant owner to insult his customers on the Internet, very good proof of maturity.

The restaurant is well located in and overlooks both the pedestrian street (Grand-Rue) and Rue Louis de Savoie. The service was very pleasant and also efficient. The restaurant is often full, reservations are recommended. That evening the room was a little noisy We chose to eat a Bourguignonne fondue. The sauces were generally good although the garlic sauce had to be readjusted. The quantities of meat served could have been a little more generous, but it is possible to ask for a supplement.

Frankly for a hotel restaurant it's perfect, super good quality meat there is a superb atmosphere, frankly nothing to complain about! Perfect !

If there is nothing to complain about the staff and the kitchen, when you wait half an hour for two green salads... do you have to teach the boss not to be too penniless to hire enough staff ? I don't like to complain, and never do... but when I see the words used by the boss in public to respond to comments (idiot, frustrated, hypocrisy, getting fucked..., etc.) that makes him place them illegally... I don't dare imagine how their staff are treated in the private sector. A shame ! Too bad because the rest is fine... there's just the boss to fire! And hire someone professional instead.

We came for seasonal hunting and the dishes were tasty and plentiful. Small downside on the desserts at the gourmet café which were OK but nothing more.

My colleague and I were very well received in this traditional Swiss restaurant where we were able to taste the famous 50/50 Swiss cheese fondue... very good and very generous with the platter of dried ham, small potatoes and pickles. Friendly service. Good welcome.

I am still shocked ! This evening, I waited 2 hours to almost have myself and my partner insulted. Let's put things in order: 20 minutes for a blackcurrant. 1h30 for two tartares. One is bland, and there is no salt in the fries. When I ask for the bill, after 10 minutes I ask for it again, explaining that I have to leave and that I waited 1 hour and a half for my dish. The bald, 50-year-old waiter aggressively tells me that I just have to go to McDonald's. He then verbally attacks my partner who tries to calm things down. This man should not be a waiter. Go with your eyes closed to the Tennis restaurant in Morges. It is in the same price range for a truly professional service. As for whoever responds to this comment, no matter what lie you respond to, facts are facts. This is what happened. I'll make sure as many people as possible know how you treat a 22 year old customer.

Very good address, excellent service. The fondue bourguignonne was very good, excellent quality of meat (rumsteak). 5 sauces also very good. The fries, not far from the best I've eaten in a restaurant. Very hearty, a little too much even. The setting of the Grand-rue is very nice. Thanks see you soon

No listening, only howls on the terrace which should shame the restaurateur and scare away the customers, outraged by such a deplorable attitude. For our part, it ended with the intervention of a police patrol. To have a pleasant time, there are much more professional neighboring restaurants in Morges.

Very good restaurant. The welcome is warm, all the staff are attentive. We ate a wine fondue. The meat was excellent, the sauces perfect. A well-dressed mixed salad as a starter is included in the price. The gourmet coffee is hearty and delicious. They even gave us two homemade limoncellos. The quality/price ratio is really very good. It was our first evening in this restaurant and we will return. I highly recommend it !

Correct. Hunting menu, the meat was too dry. The dessert was very average, when I pointed this out I was told that it was normal even though two other guests had the same dessert and it did not have the same consistency. It was only at the start that I was told that this was indeed not normal.

Decent food. Catastrophic welcome and service. Pass Covid was only checked at my request and after sitting for 10 minutes at my table... Boss seems to be absent and the person in charge of the day is clearly overwhelmed. Above all, it would be good to remember that the customer is always right and that it is completely inappropriate to accuse him of being in bad faith if he allows himself criticism. I'm generally a pretty good public person, but I don't go to a restaurant to get angry, so in conclusion I won't go back to this one.

Unfortunately, the evaluation is partial as after ordering we did not receive the chosen dish, the Italian waiter, in addition to munching on the leftovers of the dishes in the kitchen, served us in a listless and annoyed manner. The fries were decent but the meat terrible. The cordon bleu was quite good. But terrible value for money.

Serveuse aimable malgré son manque d'expérience. Menu du jour à CHF 29.- montant me paraissant surfait compte tenu de la qualité de la viande présentée, soit une entrecôte de cheval pleine de nerfs. En plus, ma demande de remplacer la ratatouille par une salade verte m a été refusée. Ceci m'a interpellé je n'ai jamais eu de refus de ce genre dans différents établissements.

Une belle terrasse mais nous attendions mieux de l acceuil et de la cuisine..

Nous avons passé une super soirée dans ce restaurant que l’on ne connaissait pas. On nous a conseillé de prendre le menu chasse. Nous n’avons pas été déçu, tout simplement succulent, bravo à l’équipe de cuisine et au serveur (il me semble Fabio) qui nous a très bien conseillé pour le choix du repas et des vins qui l’on accompagné ! On y reviendra volontiers.

Restaurant à viandes sans doute! Nous, on avait envie de filets de perches meunières. Eh bien on s'est régalé! Le service était souriant et attentionné. Alors, c'est promis, la prochaine fois, on commandera un plat de viande! On se réjouit d'avance.

À déconseiller, grosse bouffe sans plus. Accueil à faire fuir les touristes. Servir si peu de légumes avec une petite portion de frites et une viande quelconque qui baigne dans son jus, n'est franchement pas appétissant ! Un propriétaire doit toujours chercher à s'améliorer et ne pas se reposer sur des acquis ! Ce n'est pas l'emplacement qui fait la qualité du repas, mais le savoir-être et le savoir-faire, il vous manque les deux ! Dommage pour les touristes....

Ich bestellte ein Filet mit Cafe de Paris und obwohl es appetitlich aussah, waren das Fleisch und die Pommes kalt. Schande.

Ce soir sorti avec les amis et mangé les filets de perche meunières délicieux!! Servi avec légumes et frites. Nombre de filets bien généreux dans l’assiette. Terrasse pleine et le serveur nous a trouvé une place après nous avoir fait patienter et offer un apéro à l’intérieur.. on reviendra....

Nous étions deux Nous avons demandé pour changer de place Le serveur répond que c'edt occupé alors qu'il n'y avais pas mention RÉSERVÉ . Finalement changé de place , ou leurs amis sont servie avant nous .l'excuse était qu'ils y avait trop de monde . Filet de perche degeulasse avec une aromate Les frites degeulasse En plus ils ne demande d'informations sur notre identité cause covid 19 Qu'avons nous mange gilets de perche ou filets de rats!
