A magnificent experience. You sit quietly at spacious tables in an elegant ambience. This is complemented by the perfect service paired, of course, with a menu of perfection. Very nice plates! We particularly enjoyed the main course, perfectly cooked rabbit with aromatic sauces. There was no skimping on the amouse bouche either; a total of 5 different appetizers were served. Next level! We really liked the service! The location is sensational, I've never felt so comfortable in a top-class restaurant. The fact that you can see the chef while cooking and interact with him is absolutely a brilliant experience for every food lover! The food was fantastic, the technique, the taste, the composition really sensational. We were on vacation in Switzerland for 2 weeks and visited 4 restaurants with Michelin-Star in central Switzerland. We liked Uniquisine best because everything was just right.

Absolutely top-notch! A culinary experience unparalleled. A must-visit for every gourmet. We dined there for the second time in quick succession, and the only thing that remained the same was the bread served at the beginning. Every dish was 100% new and delightful.

Every dish is made with care, delicate taste, multi-layered texture, comfortable and relaxing. Take your time and taste it, don’t be in a hurry~

Christoph Oliver and his team gave us an unforgettable gourmet experience. In the beautiful restaurant, with a view of the kitchen, we enjoyed the wonderful 7-course menu. The plates are lovingly decorated, the creations are exclusive and always surprising. The service is friendly and attentive. Absolutely top class and definitely recommended!

An absolutely amazing experience. Taken in the beautiful room, looking over the shoulder of the chef at his wonderful job and being served with a lot of attention by the hosts. Das Uni Quisine ist ein einzigartiges Bijou in der Zentralschweiz! Das Restaurant befindet sich in einer umgebauten Wohnung und dementsprechend klein und persönlich. An einem Abend (nur Do, Fr & Sa geöffnet) können so maximal 18 Gäste nach Reservation mit einem 5- oder 7-Gang Menü bekocht werden.Die Speisen sind qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau und sehr kreativ und spannend zusammengestellt. Wir haben uns an diesem Abend für den 7-Gänger entschieden und bekamen zusammen mit den 3 Amüse-Bouches und dem Pre-Dessert insgesamt mehr als 10 Servings. Evtl. würde es das nächste Mal auch der 5-Gänger reichen - obwohl so auf 2 schöne Gänge verzichtet werden müsste ....Die Weinauswahl ist hochwertig und die Preise marktüblich. Der Service sehr persönlich und jeder Gang wird separat durch den Koch und Inhaber vorgestellt - sehr sympatisch und authentisch. Amazing experience at UniQuisine! They serve art on the table with incredible taste combinations. After you enter the room/apartment, you instantly feel at home with these two great hosts. If you like good food and like it a bit more privately, this place is right for you. A hidden gem!
