I open the door and I am hit by an intoxicating scent of smoke that reminds me of the days spent having picnics near the lakes and mountain huts, on the alpine meadows. Definitely the best meat in Switzerland, spiced, smoked or otherwise. Variety of sausages and other genuine products of our own production. Kindness and courtesy. Thank you very much, I hope to return soon.
