Spend 2 hours up on the Urmiberg. They have a nice terrace. Servies is super friendly. The few is superb. Brunnen, Urnersee and Mountains yust magnificent.

What particularly struck me was the reception. I just drank a beer alone and was welcomed and bid farewell by the host couple and all the employees. And just before the end of the day. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back for dinner!

Still the best but above all the fastest connection to the Rigi and this every 30 minutes. Unfortunately there are too many stairs if you have heavy luggage, but you can use the goods lift around the corner!

Just arriving by cable car was a huge experience and offered a first, spectacular view of the lake. But the best was yet to come: When we arrived in the cozy fireplace lounge, we were treated to a fantastic view. With only three tables, there was a private atmosphere here that immediately impressed us. The food was simply fantastic - I wouldn't hesitate to give it 15 GaultMillau points. The owner was extremely personable and even took time for a nice conversation. The manager competently explained the extensive and well-stocked wine selection to us. A visit here is definitely worth it and I can fully recommend the restaurant!

One for the books and a definite must-try when in Brunnen, Schwyz. Stunning panoramic view of Lac des Quatre-Cantons, friendly restaurant staff, and sumptuous local food. I had mountain sausage knoblauch and it was delicious!

fantastic restaurant, cuisine and quality on a level that you rarely find in the mountains. Close to the train, can be easily reached. (50 meters) incredibly great service! All in all, highly recommended!

We took the train up for lunch and were served a game dish in sensational weather and great views. Very friendly welcome upon arrival. Great service from the aperitif to the meal with a wine recommendation at the table in a special way, right through to the dessert and “Honigchrüter” We were really spoiled, even though all the tables outside were occupied and there was a lot to do. No rush, always a smile and the cable car manager still found time to explain the technology to us. Thanks for the great stay. Kitchen and service would deserve 6* if so many could be ticked. Wonderful views, a good starting point for hikes and phenomenally good food (especially the game menus!). Radka and David do a fantastic job and with their warm manner and great expertise in everything to do with food and drink, we were able to end a beautiful day of hiking in a very comfortable way.

We were there today after a mountain hike and received a very nice welcome and service. We shared a sausage and cheese salad, it wasn't a problem and two small plates were brought straight away. We found price performance OK, keep it up if possible. See you soon👌

It took forever to find out where the path to Rigi Scheidegg was. I think it's very poorly signaled. Otherwise there is a great view here

On September 1st, 2021 on the Urmiberg and lunch in the restaurant. You can't beat this cuisine anymore. The products are all from the region. The Cordenblue was very large and really, really fine. For dessert, local goat milk mango ice cream was also excellent. A fine meal also includes great and very friendly staff. The price-performance ratio is excellent.
