Excellent coffee, product quality, choice available! On the other hand, lack of responsiveness in order processing. On several occasions, I noticed a delay of > 1 week between order and delivery… could be improved!

I did 2 workshops, the first the history of coffee with discovery and practice. The second on the preparation of espresso. I cannot recommend these workshops, because you learn the basics of making a good espresso and this with a wonderful team. Roasting on site, quality product, from the fair market too. For coffee lovers, this is an address absolutely worth trying, which I highly recommend. Well done and a huge thank you to Jérôme 👍

Very polite and helpful staff in a very cozy space. They do their own roasting and provide a wide range of products and flavours geared towards mostly filter coffee in my opinion, The espresso roasts really had no "presence" or body - at least most of the ones I tried minus an earlier edition of an Ethiopian they had. So would not recommend for espresso.

Magnificent meeting! If you want to live an experience and discover coffee like you didn't know it then I recommend the espresso workshop :)

Surely the best place to stock up on specialty coffee and all other coffee-related materials. Elodie and Eddy are attentive people and provide valuable advice and the coffees roasted by them are just to die for. I also attended barista training given by Jérôme, a enthusiast and expert in the barista profession, which taught me a lot about the specialty coffee industry both in theory and in practice. I can therefore only recommend trusting this great team at Utopia.

The only coffee shop and specialty coffee roaster in Gland open from (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and also with certified organic coffees following all roasting and extraction standards!!! I advise you to meet her, it’s wonderful!!! The owners are very attentive, polite and explain everything about specialty coffees!!! The coffee is very fresh, they are roasted on site and the aroma from the roasting is wonderful!!!! Cappuccino and Flat White made with love!

Such a special place. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely owner Élodie. We had great fun at today’s latte art class with Jérôme. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, passion and your patience. It was so much fun trying to get the perfect mousse and to give it a go at doing some latte art. We also much enjoyed that the size of the class was kept small to get the most out of it (e.g. 2 people). Let’s practice now :-)

I had the chance to participate in a first workshop on the discovery and tasting of fine coffees. A revelation for me about specialty coffees and a confirmation of my desire to change professional direction. Having received a warm welcome and Jérôme being a very good teacher, I chose to follow my barista training alongside him. Not to spoil anything, Jérôme is Swiss aeropress champion 😎(good luck for the world championship 🍀). Needless to say, I was more than delighted and delighted with the 3 days of training. Good theoretical and practical bases with lots of friendly support. Lots of interactivity with different workshops over the 3 days. Thank you a thousand times to Jérôme who gave me the keys and passed on his passion for success and also to Élodie and Eddy for their kindness, availability and attentiveness.

I bought two bags of beans: one was roasted a week before delivery, but the other one 27 days, way too much. The Ethiopia coffee (more recently roasted ) was very good. The Guatemala was also nice, but you could tell that it had lost a lot of CO2 already a few days after opening the bag: no wonder. Overall it was ok, but for the price I would definitely buy elsewhere.

I did a workshop with Jerôme on a Saturday morning. It's a fascinating workshop, very rich in information, we learn a lot about coffee: from the plants to the roasting through the harvest, the treatments.... then the practical part, the tastings, a joy. And what’s more, the coffee is excellent!

We recently moved back to Switzerland from New Zealand. After spending the last 8 years in New Zealand and Australia it was really nice to discover a place around the corner from us that actually knows how to make a proper Flat White! And the beans I took home were amazing as well!

I participated in two workshops on a Saturday afternoon with Jerôme. One on tasting and discovering specialty coffee and a second which was an introduction to latte art. I learned a lot of things there and tasted incredible coffees. Jérôme is passionate and this shows in these workshops. In short, a great time around quality products. Congratulations to these enthusiasts.

A warm place that is worth the detour for a coffee of rare quality. And I think they will do tasting workshops. I will soon come to perfect my limited knowledge on this beverage which is part of my daily life with great pleasure!

One of the best coffees I have ever tasted! Plus it’s ethical! That is the demand of the people ?

It’s further down the road than you think! Very very good roastery, I highly doubt there is anything this good anywhere near here. Edit: went back for the 2nd day in a row, and had the Colombian pour over and a flat white. I can’t recall ever having better coffee anywhere. Including melbourne, tokyo, nyc, etc. Wow, just stunning!
