Attentive and friendly staff. Able to make a booking for 4 on a Thursday evening same day. Highly recommend the soup starter, duck Penang curry and mango pana cotta! From someone who has been to Thailand, it’s authentic. Perfectly spiced dishes and portions to share.

We were warmly welcomed and were able to sit down and order straight away. Nice people and really, really good food. Anyone who likes it spicy certainly has a lot to do

The food is good but too expensive for the tofu option(29!!!). I wouldn't recommend if you are vegetarian. The portion sizes are not that big. We didn't get any smiles from the waiters.

After trying multiple thai places in zurich ... I can delightfully report that Vees is an official hidden gem in the z city. Their flavours are just on point and the freshness of ingredients just complements that explosive tastes you get. I tried their tom yam with shrimps which is one of the best I have ever had, I have also had the red curry with beef (kaeng pa ohne) and what can I say other than they truly nailed it to the bone .. I also had their beef salad (Nua Nam Tok) which was super fresh and just made the perfect apetit opener for the main dish 👌

We had a lovely evening at Vees Bistro. You can notice the quality of the products :) The Tom Kha Gai was one of the best I've ever eaten. A little more insert would be cool :) The Kaeng Panag was super tasty, a little more addition would have been cool :) but the taste was great. It would only be cool if you could pay with Twint and the waiter could also speak a little German :) It would also be cool if you could have extra peanuts as a topping :) I'm a big fan of homemade ice tea with lime and mint. Maybe we could offer something like that in the future... I would celebrate that🤞 Will be eating with you again soon :)

We went to Vees with our kids on a Saturday night and we were greeted by their friendly staff. This Thai restaurant is off the beaten tracks and this contributed to keep their cuisine authentic. All the starters and the entrées were tasty and presented in artistic fashion. We particularly appreciated the spicy 🌶️ Tofu green curry and the Yellow Pad Thai

Vee’s Bistro is relatively small and reservations are recommended. It does not have its own parking spaces. The staff is friendly but short. The food tastes very good but is also quite expensive. The portions are rather small and asking for CHF 6.00 for a mini additional portion of rice is almost cheeky. All in all, a good restaurant to recommend.

Was there for lunch. Food was very tasty, portions could have been a little larger for the price. But it was very good and beautifully presented. Although not the typical restaurant where you go with small children, I was traveling with my baby and unfortunately there is no baby seat. In addition, the restaurant is rather cramped and strollers are very tight.

Vees Bistro has an interesting Thai menu, where you can also find local northern dishes like Khao Soi, which tasted amazing. Prices are a little above average, but in return you get generous portions and a staff that puts much love in their service.

I was there yesterday at lunchtime and wanted to have lunch there at 1 p.m. and there were still a lot of places available. At first I wasn't even greeted by the waiter and immediately asked if I had made a reservation. When I said no, I didn't even get an answer. I had a lovely work catch up lunch. I ordered red Thai curry which I don’t normally get but it was part of their afternoon deal. This cost around 22CHF not bad for lunch in the city. The food was nice but lacked enough sauce to go with the rice. Interior decor nice and simple and given covid times enough space between sitting guest. My colleague ordered mango sticky rice as desert and it was lovely. I had never tried it before but definitely something I will start ordering. Overall good service and decent food. I would visit again to try their other dishes.
