Perfect!! A1 for food, no matter what you order, it will be fantastic! 😋 Service is very organized and more Italian than it could be, humour, joy and service, which couldn't be better in this style and you can rarely experience it! 😊 The ambience falls into the shadows, but according to the location it is great and very pleasant. Also suitable for every occasion! It's a shame that it's closing and I discovered it so late, I would have liked to come by more often ☺️ Best regards and many thanks to everyone 😌

We had seafood risotto and shrimp spaghetti. Both dishes were below average in taste and quantity. Service was not extremely rude but also not so welcoming. I felt like we were just 2 people to serve food and get rid of as soon as possible. Also, no soap in the toilet, really? Can’t recommend..

The Arcobaleno is not a pizza restaurant.

We enjoyed this restaurant so much, we ate here four times during our stay! The food is excellent—try the lasagna, the grilled chicken or the pizzas! The minestrone soup is made with wonderfully fresh vegetables and the salads were great. The service is fast and friendly!!! All in all, this is a great restaurant!

The food is amazing, authentic Italian

Food is ok but not great, like daly home cooking. Service is not paying attention to custumers. If you don't go the waiters yourself you will not get any orders.

The worst service I’ve ever seen. Rude waiters, average food (pizza is like in a cheap cafe in Albania), wrong working hours in Google. And you have to always look for a waiter to order a dish or a check. And that’s for triple price of the best pizzeria in Milan.

Very poor meal...pizza was supermarket quality and absolutely ridiculous to be charged 3.50chf for a glass of tap water which didn't even have ice in it!!

Atmosphere/views, service, and wine and food selections are plenty. Our food was delicious!

The prices are extremely high for the quantity and quality of the food (even for switzerland). I payed 45CHF for the grilled swordfish which in the photos on the menu showed 2 portions and only came 1 with some barely boiled veggies on the side and a bit of rice. Super dissapointed and dont recommend it.

The risotto was super salty. Could not eat it the risotto. The pizza was so so. Disappointing.

Because they specialize in pizza, they have a lot of pizza menus and the staff is friendly. The pizza is thin and crispy and the beer is delicious. The seafood pasta is also good without any unique flavor.

Visited this place for the Easter weekend with family, when we visited Interlaken. Restaurant was very busy for a Saturday night. Still the crew ushered us in and gave us a cosy table. Good was excellent. Highly recommend this place. Drive to this place or get the free local bus. On street parking available. Else one can go to the paid underground parking

Very unfriendly reception from the “housekeeper”! The lasagna only tasted like tomato paste, reheated several times. Pizza uk, but nothing special. And that for 85 francs!!!!!!

I had the Lamb and it was delicious I know it's not very Italian but nevertheless it was divine. For dessert I had the tiramisu which was made in-house and just as good. I would say maybe the embellishments are not needed on such a lovely dessert.

We really enjoyed dining in Arcobalenco. After reading some of the reviews we were a bit sceptical at first but since we were staying in Hotel Post Hardermannli which is where this restaurant is located, we decided to give it a try and we were all surprised by the quality of the food and also the atmosphere of the restaurant. The waitress and the owner were both kind and attentive. The price is not too expensive in compare to the other restaurants in that area. Tip: the kids meal also includes a yummy gelato :) We ended up having dinner there for two consecutive nights.

Very disappointed in this, the only "meh" meal of our European trip. Overpriced for average food, careless rushed service, and little effort at ambience. Don't believe the high ratings -- go somewhere else!

Great Italian restaurant in Interlaken, all the food we tried were super tasty, far from the usual tourist traps in Interlaken. I highly recommend the the grilled octopus, to our surprised the dish was done to perfection: fresh seafood, lightly charred outside but soft and tender inside. Super delicious!

Great restaurant, would love to come back again

We were there in the afternoon and we had to wait long before someone notices us. We were sitting sort of behind a tree, but you would assume that they know there's a table there. Other people were helped before us although we were there long before them. I was trying to make eyecontact that didnt really work. Eventually my aunt called for a waitress by raising her arm. Then we asked for a menu and we were only given the drink menu. She didnt come back to take our order later. I went inside to get the menu for lunch and diner so we could see what they have, and that they could see that we still had to order. Then they also looked very annoyed when I did that. Then we again had to wait long before someone took our order. Then a man (maybe the owner) came to finally take our order. He was very uninterested. He came and didnt say anything, just looked like what do you want, so i just started very friendly well i would like to order süssmost, cause it would be awkward to let the silence continue. Then we got our drinks. Later to top it of we see the waiter(owner?) smoking on the terras. So maybe the food is good, i dont know we didnt taste it. Maybe they had a bad day, that can happen, i dont know. But for me it all felt pretty rude and uninterested. So I wont be coming back, and wouldnt recommand.

Food was great, service was horrible. As I saw on the reviews, it seems anyone who can’t speak another language than English is treated worse. I noticed the waiters having a great time with anyone who could speak German/Italian. However when they came to our table they spent the least amount of time as possible there and were very rude. That’s why this is 3 instead of 5 stars.

Recent reviews have been rather negative and we had intended to pass by but we looked at the menu, were greeted warmly by the owner and decided to try it. We are glad we did. Food was excellent and all of the staff were attentive and helpful. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant - manager was not interested to serve us. I asked for a drinks menu, without acknowledging me, he asked his waiter to pass me the menu. Took a long time before we could order and after that, we waited 50+ min for our food to arrive. When we politely asked, saying that the tables around us got their food when they had ordered after us - he said we didn’t order appetizers (funnily enough those who got their food before us also did not order appetizers), a few min later he brought our order chit which had 7.08pm stamped (we ordered at 7pm). He said it takes 20min to prepare risotto (it was already 7.48pm) - so his 20min story didn’t gel. I hate to stereotype but I wonder if us being Asians had something to do with this poor service. I would never eat here again even if I was paid to. Never coming back ever again and will tell my friends to avoid at all costs.

This is the second time we have eaten at this pizzeria. The pizzas are excellent and the staff are very friendly. The owners are authentic Italians. Very kind. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was good, but the waiter and manager were quite rude to us. There was a language barrier which may have contributed. The manager seemed to be friendly and talkative to everyone around us but then would pass by us with dirty looks. The waiter set someone else’s food on our table whilst serving them which I found bizarre and unsanitary. We could not get their attention to order or get the bill either. It was a very stressful dinner after a 23 hour long trip. Will not be returning.

Their pizzas are a blessing. We had vegeterian pizza and I can easily say that it was the best veg pizza in the world. The staff makes the pizza according to your customization and the result is simply magical. Highly, highly, highly recommended. Their desserts are simply straight out of heaven. After having their tiramisu and cassatta, we realized our life till now was a lie.

Overall good with small drawbacks. The ambience is good, spaghetti al dente is delicious, but the service is pushy, not trained and not appropriate for a restaurant of this class. No spoons are given for spaghetti, plates are taken away from the front and repeated questions about whether everything tastes good?! Why?!

Large menu, from pasta to pizza, meat dishes and fish and various starters. We ate across the board and everything was very good. Friendly service and we were able to get a table for 8 at short notice, but be sure to reserve as it is very busy.
