Super warm service and a great wine selection - the owner has a story to tell about every wine.

A perfect place in Bern's old town for a short break; you immediately feel comfortable. Small, fine, bistrot menu; The cheese platter was a delight and was served in a visually appealing way. Friendly service who knowledgeably introduces wines/sparkling wines and advises on the selection. Gladly again.

Flawless, we stopped by chance, atypical setting, the boss is smiling and warm and is friendly. We decided to have a little aperitif, a glass of white wine and a pretzel with smoked carrots, a real delight, the impression of eating salmon. A superb discovery. We visited this place to have a glass of wine before our scheduled dinner in Bern. There was a cafe owner on site who turned out to be very helpful and very nice. In addition to wine, you can get local products such as cheese and cold cuts. We left very pleased and next time we visit Bern we will definitely visit this place again.

We were looking for something affordable for a quick lunch and these fit the bill. He let us try some of the ingredients first because we didn't know what was on the sandwiches, he was very friendly and helpful. We are not vegetarian but really enjoyed our sandwiches.

I do love this little place. I usually go there to pick up the Vegan Almond Croissants that come from Bakery Bakery. Last time I was there I had a wonderful hot creamy vegetable soup. The owners are a delight including the very talkative 'Nick' (I hope thats his name!). Had the pleasure of chatting with him and his mother a week or two back. I live two hours away up in the mountains but will definitely visit each time I'm in the city. Highly recommend!

Store furnished with attention to detail, which has everything from aperitifs including wine and beer, to basics such as tomato sauce, to sweet temptations such as pralines and snack bars. Plus a coffee to go with a chocolate croissant, what more could you want?! Definitely coming by more often! Oh yes; It's also worth going to the toilet here! XD
