My favorite restaurant in Solothurn, almost exclusively organic meat from Bamberg, always organic vegetables from the region, seasonal. A current menu with freshly cooked menus every day. I'm not much of a wine connoisseur, but it's certainly incredibly interesting for wine lovers!!! Long-term, personal exchange with the wine producers.
