Cool atmosphere and great service. Very friendly staff. The food was delicious and varied. Nastavite tako dalje svaka čast!

The two of us didn't get into the inside area even though there were free seats. A waiter very arrogantly and in a grand style told the doorman in front of us and very conspicuously that he should put us behind in the outside area. The waitress was arrogant. Personally, I'm from Greece and our gastronomy is top of the top, this store is C division before our last stores the Champions League appears before visage. I never had a problem getting in anywhere in the world but of course in the Visage Gastro where there were 70% men in there🤦🏻‍♂️Do you have to have a Serbian passport or have lived in Belgrade for at least 5 years to have fun there or what? NEVER AGAIN VISAGE AND KALIMERA!

I was there on Saturday with a group of 9 people and I dropped off my car and when I got the car back my Alcantara steering wheel was full of scratches and that's not nice, you should be more careful and it also looked like you did it on purpose for unexplained reasons and the food was a 5 out of 10 and the service was very unfocused and not attentive. It's a shame I expected more from the restaurant.

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Visage. Everything was TOP, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, the waiter was very attentive and friendly. I would also like to thank Jelena, who gave me very competent and friendly advice. I can only recommend it!

As a group of 12 people, we sat on the outside terrace and then the two of us went inside to enjoy the live music that had just started. Before we entered the interior, the door opener asked us what we wanted inside. We said to enjoy the live music. After a minute we were unexpectedly expelled outside, without any clear reason. One of the bosses showed us to the outside terrace with an outstretched hand in front of all the guests (ps our bill was over CHF 1000). This disrespectful and unprofessional treatment spoiled our evening. In the future, we will prefer locations that treat their guests with respect.

The Visage Gastro Bar is a really nice restaurant. The burrata salad was delicious, the meat was okay, but the dessert topped everything - just very good. Overall, a recommended address for a pleasant dining experience.

You can still get something to eat after 10 p.m. and the service is great! The car is parked for you and the waiters regularly ask how you are. Excellent!

We ordered starters, main course and dessert. When the checkout stood at around 540.00, the lady asked us if we wanted something else to drink. When we ordered Red Bull she said: “zar niste dosta sokice pili?” You definitely don’t experience such impudence twice in your life. Everyone should be allowed to drink what they want and not be forced to order alcohol by the waitress. She specifically said we shouldn't order juices anymore. One waiter was nice and could teach the lady how to serve politely. Other reviews often describe a waitress as arrogant. Unfortunately, Visage was once all well and good but not anymore after such a disappointment. The service rating only refers to the one lady. The boss was nice as always!

We dropped the lamp on the table and the waitress didn't apologize at all. Usually you get an apology and at least a drink. And we paid over 700 Fr. The food was very good, except for the desert, which was too sweet.

Visage was a great experience, especially when being served by Jelena. The portions are generous and the cocktails are amazing! We were slightly disappointed by the burrata, which is not soft, creamy as the ones you normally eat. I would like to come back to see how they party, too

New menu: the fine cocktails gone, the fine sweet potato fries also gone. Waited 1h30 minutes for the food, even though it wasn't too crowded. The waiter is very friendly but doesn't know exactly what else is available and what isn't and has to ask, but then forgets to give us the feedback. The manager was very nice, she gave free desserts as an apology. The explanation: the kitchen team is new and needs to get used to working together, okay. Unfortunately for us it has lost its shine and appeal and is no longer worth the high prices, which is a shame.

I would not recommend it if you want to focus on conversation, as the music is really loud, but if you are looking for a fun night out with Serbian music, food and good drinks I would definitely recommend this place.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment and displeasure at your incredibly unprofessional service. It is unfortunate to discover that your company is failing to meet basic standards of customer service and professionalism. The way I was treated by your staff was absolutely unacceptable. The lack of politeness and arrogance from the waitress shocked me. It is incomprehensible how employees who apparently have no idea about customer service can work in such a position. Furthermore, I am extremely annoyed by the lack of response to my inquiries. Your info email seems to be nothing more than a black hole as there have been no responses or replies to my emails. This is clear evidence that your company has no interest in the satisfaction and well-being of its customers. I will not miss any opportunity to tell others about my negative experiences with your company. It is more than obvious that your organization lacks professionalism and is unable to provide adequate customer service. It is extremely unfortunate that the visually appealing space of your store is being ruined by the incompetent and unprofessional attitude of your employees. The atmosphere leaves no room for enjoyment or comfort. Badmm...

Me and my companion had two drinks here that were rather bad in terms of taste; there was hardly any alcohol in them despite the hefty price of 20 francs per drink. But we were really amazed when it came to paying: they simply added another 20 francs for “entertainment”. Incredibly cheeky!!

From the reservation request to the journey home, everything was well organized. Since we were in a large group, I was able to pre-order the aperitif in advance. The service as well as the food were very good. Price-performance ratio is perfect. Once again a big thank you to the whole Visage Bar team.

We went with my girlfriend for a late lunch a sunday. Was perfekt, great welcome, great food. We will come back for sure.

A little disappointed. Let me explain 🙌. I reserved a table for 5 people, it was a birthday party. It's my first time there, so I don't know the environment, I went on trust because the pictures you post are always beautiful. I thought there was no mistake, everything was perfect there. I received a table with a diameter of 30, in the middle of the aisle, somehow wedged. Literally, 5 of us would have to move aside for someone to get to the exit. Hey, I mentioned that there were 5 of us. How can 5 glasses fit on that chair and also the bottle that "had to" be ordered. And I won't even mention our jackets and purses, who cares. We turned and left. Too bad

Table reserved for 3 - received table for 2 people, which was set for 3. After complaining we were moved to a new table. In the end we were charged an entertainment surcharge of CHF 70 (this was supposed to be CHF 10 per person, so we were overcharged by CHF 40). After a long discussion, we were ultimately given back CHF 30 (still CHF 10 too little), which we would rather donate to the earthquake victims. It was said that we were charged a surcharge of CHF 40 because we then had a table for 4 people - but for the first table for 2 people we were also charged 3x the surcharge - very disappointing evening, even though the restaurant was really good at the beginning went well and would have had much more potential. It's really a shame how things turned out. Were there often in the past, but after today it's the last time.

I’ve pop in Visage last evening with a friend.We wished only a drink . We asked at the bar if it was possible sitting somewhere. A very polite gentleman ( I suppose the bar manager) suggested us to ask for an available place to the man standing at the door. I’ve been very disappointed about this last one ,who treated us with a rude attitude , very arrogant and almost annoyed about our request, saying that there were not available tables. I’ve seen tables empty and not reserved, maybe I was wrong… but I believe that in a sort of place like that, customers should be welcomed in a different way.

Um, yes… you have to make a reservation so you can have a drink at the bar. The only thing we saw was the very friendly man from valet parking. Yes, 2 men in their early 40s unaccompanied are not welcome. A joke sounds different, but we still found it funny. At least we know where we won't be going anymore. You only have one chance to make a first impression. Apparently they don't need it and the knee pads from 2020 are stowed away or thrown away. But from the outside it looked good and interesting.

Avoid this place if you care about how staff treats you! I really don’t know what happened to this place, it used to be okay. Now it’s really just a bad service, horrible treatment of the customers and overpriced, so it’s almost a scam. Foos&Drinks: Food is okay, drinks are way overpriced for the quality. There are better places in Zurich for sure for both. Service: We had a horrible service. We waited for the first round of drinks for 45min and it came with many mistakes as the waiter didn’t know a difference between Negroni and Nogroni, bringing back and forth the same wrong cocktail. In the end, we as customers had to go to the bar to explain what the drink is, and even then the bartender simply poured bunch of gin into the originally wrong drink. Waiter also brought many times drinks or food to our table while saying “oh thats not for you” and brining it back, quite annoying. Still, the biggest problem was that it was super slow! We ordered the food at 21:30 and got it at 23:00 when the band started signing. Then we waited for other rounds of drinks for another half an hour with completely empty glasses on our table. This ruined the night for us already. Bare in mind we never got any apology, anything! Moreover, we were asked to pay additionally as we didn’t consume enough due to the ofc very poor and slow service. They didn’t offer us anything in return, just wanted money for nothing! When we complained and asked for an official fiscal bill, all we got was beyond rude and arrogant attitude: if you don’t like it, don’t come again! Completely unacceptable behavior and the main reason why I am writing this review. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Visage will never be nearly as good enough as gastro bars in Belgrade, and with such a poor behavior and non-existing business skills in restaurant business, they just lost at least 10 customers who will never come back and make sure no other friends do.

The restaurant is stylishly furnished and offers a relaxed atmosphere. On the weekends there is a live band, which creates a great atmosphere. The food is beautifully prepared and for the most part tastes really good. I think the history of minimum consumption should be mentioned negatively. I understand that a catering business has its costs and of course requires a high profit, but I still think the price-performance ratio is rather poor. The gastrobar works with two “shifts”, so for example you can have dinner until 9 p.m., after which you have to clear the table for the next visitors, which is okay. In December 2021, the minimum consumption on the weekends was CHF 50.-, in March 2022 it was CHF 60.-, in October 2022 it was CHF 70.- (when the bill was CHF 132.-, CHF 140.- was still automatically charged) and in In January 2023, an additional entertainment fee of CHF 10 was introduced. Inflation or not, a surcharge of 60% is completely exaggerated and, in my opinion, gives visitors a negative aftertaste. The shots like e.g. Medovača (we're talking about a small shot glass) cost CHF 15.- per shot. Some of the food was served almost cold. Personally, I think that for CHF 70 or 80 per person in Zh-City you can eat much better quality food and get better service.

Please note that it is always overcrowded and fully booked, so it is worth reserving a table. I was there for dinner with my date and it was a great atmosphere, nice ambience, super friendly service, and the food was simply delicious🥰😍 the light became slightly darker and adjusted to the time, then at the end there was live music with sparklers , which we all received from the service staff😃loud candlelight, what a beautiful sight!...just let yourself go and forget about time☺️

The food and cocktails were delicious and the staff was very nice. What I liked best were the funny bartenders, who turned almost every cocktail into a show but were also able to suggest something based on personal preferences.

We went to Visage Gastrobar for dinner as a group. From the reception, the nice atmosphere to the food and drinks was excellent! You simply have to visit something like this. The food was absolutely amazing! There is also live music after dinner. The whole team that works there left a very professional impression and the owner is there all the time and looks after the guests himself. 5/5 stars definitely! We're always happy to be there!
