Why do you insist on doing a relational job, if you are not friendly... Leave room for young people!!! Remember that you are not at home, but renting, with a lease... We have been coming for 8 years, and we do not regret leaving the place and never coming back...the last straw. The latest facts: 10 a.m. on March 21, I am offered a cup of coffee in the gym, I go down to smoke a cigarette, and I am clumsy enough to just put the cup on an empty entrance table, and the cook comes out, quite aggressive I ask him if there is an ashtray, he replies aggressively, that there are ashtrays for those who drink coffee at his house... 10 years since we came? for a cafe? Raoul? serious? shame!!!! Today, March 27, we come after sports, the waitress tells me that there is no salad that I have every lunchtime, so I get up and ask the cook if he can make me some spaghetti. with oil and garlic, he answers me with a smile, that they are not cooked, and that as he is leaving for the weekend tomorrow he is not going to cook them... he offers me penne which I refuse. Pascal joins me, and Raoul tells Pascal that I wanted spaghetti, and since he doesn't have any.... and inevitably, I join Pascal at reception, and there I confront him with his lie, and I say that it is false, that he does not want to do it to me, and I give him a lesson, for a shabby coffee cup.. A lesson in how to receive customers.... But Mr. Cook is getting on his high horse... ridiculous!!!! Come back down, you are wrong!! but so much!!! Very disappointed with this restaurant, no taste in the 5 dishes we had. We know that we are not in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but still a minimum. Despicable service, having asked for salt several times I ended up doing without it. We know that the catering profession is tough but the waiter should review his way of serving. The server does notify at the time of the bill that we can leave a tip, which I did, but it was not deserved. The hotel concierge as well as the Vallets are very friendly and very friendly, the only positive point of my stay in this establishment. Unfortunately I do not recommend…
