VOI Bern - Spiegel in Köniz

I was lucky enough to be advised by a very knowledgeable and helpful young lady with black hair when I was looking for lactose-free milk. Her knowledge of various products and her ability to understand my needs was impressive. She took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and gave me valuable recommendations. Thanks to their support, I have now found a milk alternative that perfectly suits my needs. I am very grateful for your friendly and professional help.

It was a pleasant surprise to shop here because it has a different stock than Migros. Naturally, we also visited the church opposite, which was worth seeing.

Good variety of products, including gluten-free and organic products. Very friendly and helpful employees. There is a Swiss post office there as well. I give it 4 stars because of inconsistent availability of certain products. If you find a product you like, it is not sure that they always have it. Still, it is a good and reliable store for everyday needs.

Small but has the most important products you need for your daily needs. Unfortunately, the packaged salad was already bad a few times when we bought it. Unfortunately, some salespeople (not all!) are very unfriendly. We think that's a shame, because the Voi branch in Spiegel actually gives the feeling that you can go shopping in a family atmosphere (almost like in the old days in the village shop, where you greeted each other by name :-))

I dropped off packages twice within a few days. Both times my Mastercard was not accepted and there is no ATM anymore either! I can pay easily everywhere else: parking garages, large retail stores, Landi, gas stations. The manager is still convinced that it's because of my card... What a shame

It's fine as far as supermarkets go. No gluten free options here though. In addition they lack as many organic options as nearby supermarkets.

The road at Koenizstrasse 60 is very often protein brot, it's great!!!!!!! That of spiegel very rarely as well as that of steinholzli !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not practical at all!!!!!!!!!

The food is probably not stored well and is therefore partly defective or already moldy on display and on top of that the shopkeepers are not friendly.
