Went there shortly before closing time, unfortunately many products were already sold out. But considering the time situation, it's completely ok!

Always very friendly employees, the boss is always in the middle and fully involved, so I imagine a boss who also lends a hand and is there when the man/woman is in need. It is also very nice that employees with a “weakness” are given a chance. Even if the waiting time can be longer at the checkout (everyone deserves a chance, it's great that it's offered here on site) I am always very satisfied with my purchase and am happy about every smile I get from the employees when shopping. Don't really understand the high ratings. You should ALWAYS check all expiry dates here. Products are often expired, sometimes for months. Especially drinks. If you have to press, it's often quicker to walk the 200 meters to the coop. Cashiers aren't particularly fast, but the majority of customers are really slow; Having to dig out your wallet forever, pay large amounts with 5-Räppler, etc. But the majority of the staff is nice. The range is of course not comparable to a Migros simply because of its size, but overall the target group seems to be more discounter customers; Organic and regional products are unlikely to be found in the refrigerated section.

I go shopping there a lot and I'm very happy with the products etc., but I've been thinking about putting my goods back and going shopping at the Coop because the checkout just wasn't working, some cashiers are sooo slow. But I'm always happy when I see Erika at the checkout, she's really friendly, funny and very quick when it comes to cashing out.

We have often bought expired products... some drinks that were 3 months past their best before date. In a supermarket, I actually expect the staff to check the products. There is an urgent need for further training here! Until then I have to check every product myself because I have lost trust.

I'm really shocked by this Migros branch. I am used to a higher quality standard from Migros. I bought a bottle of Uludag Orange on April 5th, 2023 and wanted to enjoy it ice cold in the evening and noticed that there was no carbon dioxide and that the product had already expired for a month. Really poor quality of work that they offer in this branch.

Central location in the middle of Siebnen. Parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. The range is wide and deep. Good selection of products. Good selection of drinks. The lighting is sufficient. The aisles offer just enough space. Everything available for daily use. The cleanliness and hygiene are excellent. Good concept regarding the arrangement of the shelves. Small kiosk available in the shop. Selling cigarettes and lottery tickets. Since Voi is a franchising business partner of Migros, the prices are a little higher than in the official Migros itself. There are also products that Migros does not carry. The employees are helpful, friendly and competent. I can only recommend this shop, the Voi. Again any time. I am a loyal regular customer. Bravo and keep it up. Simply a great business and first class employees.
