Unfortunately, it takes far too long to be recognized as a guest. Some of the employees would rather chat for minutes with other guests (probably regular customers) than greet new ones and take an order. The food is absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately the smoke moved from the smoking area into the non-smoking area. When we asked if the door could be closed, the waitress said we should sit around. No go!

A bar with great food. It is what it is. I like it. I love coming by every now and then for a Laguna Bay salad.

So increasing the volume of the music to a limit that far exceeds the law (up to 100dB!!!!) is absolutely wrong. The police should intervene...

We've been to Laguna x times... it was one of our favorite places to have a beer or two with friends... The emphasis is on WAR... Today the owner has taken the right to whistle at all the guests and do his own thing. Not just anyone.. the owner himself sometimes turned the music up to over 95DB and even after politely asking to relax at least a little so that your ears didn't ring, it was possible. Turned it down a little for a minute... on the next track you couldn't hear your own thoughts again - let alone others... I have no idea what he's going through right now, but he won't be seeing us again anytime soon...

We were at the Laguna today and the alleged owner turned up the music so much around 11 p.m. that the dB values ​​were over 95. After we politely asked that the music should be turned down a bit, the answer was simply that it should be closed anyway. We live in Tuggen and have been here many times. That was definitely the last time.

Service very unfriendly and disorganized. long waiting times

I used to come here often. The staff was super friendly, responded to requests and was downright motivated at work. The majority of the cocktails are well prepared and each came relatively quickly. Today, after almost 2 years, I am really disappointed. Of the two service staff, our group caught the one who was moody, unfriendly and not competent. Different prices for the same drink, ordering was extremely complicated and totally disorganized and there were cheeky comments when she had to admit that she had made a mistake. Spilled coke on colleagues and didn't say anything except sorry. After more than 3 minutes they came with a washcloth... not wiped clean and when you asked again whether you had to clean it yourself or whether she would come again, you simply ignored it and ran away without taking the other orders. The empties remain there until the other service staff asks if everything is OK and then clears them away. I think it's a shame that it used to be so nice and cozy and now it's the most disorganized and unfriendly place I've been in the last few months since the Corona period. Hope things get better again!

Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. In addition, you have to pay individually each time (drink first, then food again separately). Prices are always different, so in the end after a discussion the drink was free.

No matter what I've eaten there so far, it's been great. I would be a little careful with the seasoning on the fries. There was a bit too much to it last time. The burger, which you can put together yourself, is also great. The conditions are friendly. Great ambience and great lunch menus. Now that it's getting warmer, the outside area is also beautifully decorated. You immediately get that holiday feeling.

We arrived in a happy mood, but the "good mood" was completely shattered by the absolutely unmotivated service quality (blonde and disinterested), we were treated unwelcome, so it's better to spend some pleasant time somewhere else.

We entered the restaurant and sat at the bar, where the staff saw us several times but didn't make any comments or anything like that. We were ignored and not served for some time until we left without consuming anything.

Good place to eat and have a drink watch a game with your friends only down side most of the time when i went there few costumers which are mostly young people are very rude and from time to time racist to other guest. They drink to much and can be anyoing for others around them. Specialy during a football game. But all in all a good place to enjoy a evening.

Good meal here, like every time. Addendum from 28,06,19. Food and service excellent. Unfortunately, you have to pay for food and drinks in advance. An absolute no go for me. Definitely my last visit. This also explains the yawning emptiness in the bar despite the best time. Addendum 06/13/21 Despite new management, you have to pay for each drink individually. More reminiscent of a fast food place.

Very unfriendly waitress, hardly anything going on and yet we had to get our drinks ourselves after 45 minutes. Drinks that were half full were cleared away at virtelvor2 and when we informed us that we wanted to finish drinking, they were tipped over into paper cups... Not a nice evening thanks to the staff.

I was here today on April 15, 2018 with my colleagues, but I was very disappointed with the service. They slammed our plate and our drinks on the table, didn't wish us a good appetite and didn't even serve the drinks properly. I know that this lady trained at the marina and I am therefore very disappointed with such unfriendly and poor service! It's definitely the last time I'll be here. It would be a cool bar but it would ruin your mood. It's a shame if the service staff has so little motivation for their work. We hope that this review is read and taken seriously. We are deeply disappointed and annoyed by such unfriendly service!!

Laguna Bay is a few minutes from the motorway and is located in one of the industrial areas in Tuggen SZ. There are enough free parking spaces available, but the signage to the bar is unfortunately poor - those who are not familiar with the area are at a disadvantage without navigation. The bar offers a clear drinks menu and small foods (e.g. chicken nuggets, burgers or pizzas) are offered. There are separate areas for smokers/non-smokers in the bar. However, the entrance doors are always open, which limits their effectiveness. In the summer months or warm days you can take a seat in the large outdoor area. The staff are always friendly and regularly ask if you would like more drinks. The website briefly explains the current events and the latest event photos can be viewed.
