Realizing I was a foreigner with limited Italian language skills, one of the waiters graciously offered to call the local municipality for me to inquire about visiting the city without a pre-booked appointment. Not only did they navigate the language barrier on my behalf, but they also took the extra step to offer some local insight, recommending an excellent place to stay in Merano. I took their advice and had an amazing experience in that charming town. This kind of personalized, above-and-beyond service is exceptionally rare and turned my trip into a truly memorable adventure. Final Thoughts: Whether you're a vegan, a food aficionado, or simply someone looking to have an outstanding meal, Bistro Voilà will not disappoint. It combines high-quality ingredients, culinary expertise, and exceptional service to create an unforgettable dining experience.

We made reservations for dinner. The ambience and decor are really beautiful - the building itself is also impressive. The service was good and attentive for the most part, but unfortunately dropped off significantly towards the end. The bill was incorrect (which I don't appreciate at all). The correction and until payment could then be made took far too long. It's a real shame that it wasn't taken care of immediately. About the food: It was clearly below expectations for me. A Rösti belongs in the pan to become crispy; not under the salamander (heater), where the top layer dries out and becomes hard. The quality of the chicken breast wasn't that good because it wasn't really tender. Oh well. I am disappointed and not very motivated to eat here again soon or to recommend the restaurant. Davos offers better in this price range.

We ate at Bistro Voilà three times. The service was very courteous and very child-friendly. The food was very high in terms of enjoyment and quality. The Chateaubriand was very delicious and the great thing was that it was served in two courses, with various side dishes. The children's pizza from the children's menu was devoured in NU. You can tell they have a real pizza oven. The club sandwich for lunch was not only delicious, but also very generously topped. Upon request, my husband was given a very large plate of nut lettuce for lunch - which was really very large.
