The owner of the bakery is very nice, I should say the whole staff is very nice and friendly. I loved the chocolates they serve specially the one with 70% coco. Naught some for my family. Not forget to try their Ice tea, which I feel is very special

Although it's a chain - the very special, cozy atmosphere of its former competitor Gleis11 is missing - it's a good substitute if you need a coffee on the way to work. The range is also larger and therefore offers baked goods, patisserie and snacks to a wider audience. Illnau train station would be a boring place without this restaurant!

It was my first time in this bakery because it was recommended to me. Nice business. Was served friendly. Unfortunately the breads are totally overpriced. The taste of the bread is not so great that you could say the bread is much better than other bread. I will avoid this shop and go back to the other shop in the village where it is cheaper and tastes completely up to par. It's a shame that only upper society can afford your bread.

Went to the bakery again today after a long time, it was worth it! The croissants and especially the almond croissants are awesome.

I really like being here, you can tell that the products are homemade, handcrafted and of high quality and I'm happy to pay a little more for them than in the supermarket. Sometimes my favorite baked goods are already sold out when I arrive, but that's okay and better than everything being available until the store closes and then being thrown away. The staff in Illnau is also nice and accommodating. I will continue to come here and recommend this bakery to others.

Love the dark chocolate rolls from here, also a nice selection of desserts and cakes. Rather high in price.

I've been here several times. Today I was the 2nd last customer and was waiting to order a coffee to go. Time 1:55 p.m. I didn't get any more because the machine was already turned off because they close at 2 p.m. Unfortunately not the service I would like.

Is this a standard sentence that you can simply copy paste? Because of the average price of coffee! If you consider that you are around 25% more expensive than in the city of Zurich and now you only fill the cup halfway, you are 50% more expensive than the average price, you crooks!

Fine things and nice staff. Unfortunately completely overpriced. If a coffee to take away costs CHF 3.90 in a village bakery and CHF 3.00 in the city of Zurich where I work, that's a difference of basically 25%. And recently you get less coffee and it has become more expensive. So a double surcharge.

Very cozy bakery with a little cafe. Good coffee, tasty bread and lovely cakes and sweets. Staff is very friendly. Good place to spend a bit of time and relax.

Very unfriendly and dismissive!!! The toilet on the train was broken. I went straight to the bakery and was friendly!!! asked if there was a toilet. The lady confirmed this and initially agreed to use it, but then complained in a very unfriendly manner that the bakery was not intended for use in the toilet and was actually not usable. How can you not be angry then??!! I don't know much about Illnau and it's just humbling especially because There are no public toilets at the train station! So thank you again!

I wanted to have a coffee today but unfortunately I was disappointed by the service from the employee! When I was in the store she didn't even greet me because she was talking to her colleague. I had to say hello out loud so she could finally see me and so I could order my coffee. After I drank my coffee, I wanted to get out of the bakery. She was busy again with 2 people talking at the counter (non-stop). When I left the shop she didn't even say anything to me (not even said goodbye) and I had to wish her a nice evening as a customer myself. I found it totally rude to customers and didn't feel comfortable. Instead of enjoying coffee I consider myself an unwanted customer there. I hope my comment is taken into account.

Fine sandwiches and bread. The next day I worked in Uster and was very happy to have found a Vuaillat there too. I can highly recommend the omelet sandwich with mango chutney. And I'm currently enjoying the cider bread for breakfast. Quality and prices are right.

The staff worked quickly, cleanly and nicely. This restaurant really has the potential to become my new regular restaurant. All tables were immaculately cleaned and the seating was extremely comfortable. It completely and utterly blew us away. Good value for money.

Very friendly and flexible staff. Towards the end of the day I wanted to buy a small loaf of bread when the saleswoman quickly cut a large one in half. The quality of the products is excellent. My favorite is the generously stuffed roast beef sandwich, mmmh!

Bread and cafes were OK, but not particularly good. The milk in the cappuccino was heated too much.

At Vuaillat they have some of the best corn croissants and the lye wreath is also super delicious. The café is beautifully decorated.
