I first saved the PDF file on my USB stick. Of course I wanted to print these out. What happened: nothing was printed out. Only two white pages came out. Then of course I checked again to see whether I had actually saved the file on the stick. That was indeed the case. You won't get the money back anyway. (and yes, I went to the guard standing next to it, to no avail.) Just a complete rip off. Update to your answer: If this is not the Guardian's concern, why is your company name and number listed on the price list? (As can be seen in the appendix) For me this means that you have to contact the guard if you have any concerns.

Printer stopped on the second page (of 95)... But the lady at the counter was very accommodating and refunded me the entire amount (including the pages that had already been printed) in cash.

When there are problems with the printer, they don't make any effort to fix the problem, the employee told me that it was simply none of her business and she couldn't help me. At least you should get your money back if the printer doesn't work. I think it's terrible that this is not allowed and you lose your money. I have filed a complaint.

Unfortunately, Ms Schalch couldn't help me when there was a paper jam in the printer right in front of the shop. Even though she has to follow her instructions and probably isn't allowed to leave the store to assist, she conveyed this to me in a manner that wasn't very friendly, it seemed more like she was having fun with it. Well, you just have to know that if something doesn't work technically, you'll lose your money and won't have any copies. After 10 minutes I gave up and left. 1 customer less.
