Very cozy shop with nice staff!

I went to this bakery for the first time today to get a snack for my work colleagues. I bought different things and everything was very good, fresh, appetizing! The service was also very friendly and accommodating. I will happily come back and recommend this bakery! 👍🏻

By far the friendliest staff in all of Zurich. I love Buchmann products, the quality and taste impress every time.

Great bakery, also open on Sundays. Unlike most, there is still quality and handcraft here, no industrial bread. You can taste it, I can only recommend it

January 2022: I have to compliment you again. The staff really should receive an award for being the friendliest and most accommodating staff in Zurich. I always leave there with a smile and I really hope that the staff will stay when the old/new branch opens. :)

Well, unfortunately, all positive influences from Gnädinger have been lost. It's ok, like all other large bakeries.

A wide variety of pastries and quick bites (sandwiches and salads)! This is a great spot for a quick breakfast / takeaway lunch. The service was incredibly friendly and kind.

Today I went shopping in the new blue "Beck im Pavillon". I couldn't resist the "Original Bernese" chocolate Gugelhopf and had a piece wrapped for me to celebrate Valentine's Day today.
