Wasabi in Carouge (GE)

Came on Thursday 28.12.23 evening A very warm welcome and incredible sushi atmosphere. I recommend 🤩✅

Better before, the rice is a little hard, that’s a shame

Great friendly personnel, fast service and nice food! I always take their plain rice on top of couple of sushis (usually the eel and the avocado ones) 💖

I was very surprised by the speed of delivery….a quarter of an hour….and we understood why when we ate them….the sushi was dry….probably unsold items from lunch….. Wasabi is crossed off my list……

The rice is not well prepared and the sushi isn't great either. I regret having paid almost 100.- for an order for 3 people and having to throw away more than half because it was inedible. I highly recommend tasting your sticky, mushy, overcooked rice.

I strongly advise against it!!!! Unless you want to get sick all night....

The employee is really not nice or incompetent, she tries to scam the students on the student menu by saying that we cannot cancel what she has recorded on the machine and therefore wants to make us pay for the drinks instead of paying for them. get free as the student menu says. It's not up to me to pay for his mistakes...

I was very disappointed yesterday when I received my poke bowl delivered to my home, because the poke bowl was half full even though I had ordered a large pokebol. So we're paying for something we don't have. Very disappointing....

I go there quite often in the evening and the people who work there are really very nice and pleasant, always with a smile on their face, it’s a real pleasure! The food is good and the quality seems very good, in any case I never got sick :)

Wasabi remains good value for money, but... I don't recommend this one in Carouge, better to move around a little and go to Lancy center. Very disappointed. I think the staff must be very poorly paid because they change very often, plus, and it depends, they are not very polite. Recipes vary a lot from one establishment to another. The positive side is that they give you the sushi left over from the day as a gift at the end of the day.

In fact a pattern of magnificent historical streets with warm and cozy cafes, bistros, restaurants, fast food, and antique shops. Especially, Wasabi is one of the frequent destinations lovers of this city.As you step your foot into the restaurant, you are welcomed by the impressive minimalist design for serving "Sushi take away" and of course, there are seats for you guys who want to order and enjoy it here.The menu offers a wide variety of delicious specially designed for youngsters and adults. I had sashimi salmon with some maki roll. My friends tried triple the California roll and the other took "assortiment nigiri".All of them were fresh and refreshing. The restaurant also offers various types of drinks from Japan. With a reasonable price and I have thought you cannot find any restaurant in this area with such quality.Because of the friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and attentive service of cashier and chef, I highly recommend going to the Wasabi Carouge.

This is a stop we love in Geneva, we've eaten here three times on our trips there and it never disappoints. The Chirashi bowl with tuna is a top favorite as is the combination of special rice with sashimi. It's so fresh and delicious, perfect for lunch, and especially in summer when you need a break from steak fries. The place is small and near the Tramway. Go here for a truly enjoyable Japanese fast meal with the best friendly service. I dare say it can be romantic because of the size and location. Service is super important to us and this place is just great they treat you as if you're a regular from your first visit.

Très bon et frais comme dans la plupart des Wasabi. Plat copieux et sushis délicieux. Prix un peu élevé, comme souvent pour ce type de nourriture. Cadre propre et calme.

The sushi is excellent, however for a small order I waited more than 30 minutes. The waitress no longer knew what her orders were then all the orders taken by uber, smood, go before me despite the fact that I had already been waiting 20 minutes. In addition, not a very pleasant welcome from the cashier.

This evening, I was received in an unprofessional and rude manner by the young French waitress. She did everything to show that she was being bothered, by speaking to me in a disdainful and exasperated tone, then sighing contemptuously when serving me. I will not return to this establishment again.

Les bières sont pas chères (Saint-Omer) ! Donc pour y boire un verre la terrasse est super sympa mais je me limiterai à cela désormais. J'ai eu la mauvaise idée de prendre des ramen et ayant l'habitude d'en manger souvent j'étais hyper déçue car très peu de bouillon et il n'était vraiment pas top du tout (pour vous dire, les ramen instantanées sont bien meilleures !). En plus, le porc par dessus était bouilli... Donc un goût juste horrible (j'ai goûté un morceau, et laissé le reste...) Les gyozas au poulet hyper médiocre aussi. Autant acheter des ramen instantanées à 2,50.- au magasin asiatique juste à côté et les garnir de ce qu'on veut chez soi, car le prix est excessif de plus...

Este es un restaurante de comida de cadena para sushi japonés. Mi sobrina (4 años) le encanta el sushi, así que nos fuimos aquí así que ella podría conseguir el salmón maki.La comida ya está hecha en envases de plástico, que se coge una bandeja y elegir lo que quieres. La selección es decente, pero la comida no es, sin duda, hechas con amor o el arte de sushi... Además, con un nombre como el Wasabi que cabe esperar que al menos el wasabi era fresco y no dieron en paquetes pequeños...En mi pepino maki, había un pelo, y la salsa de cacahuetes que te dan para los rollitos primavera es bastante desagradable. Si vas, conseguir las cosas básicas, la pasable. Pero no se sorprenda si salir con una factura pesado... Es demasiado caro para comprobar la comida preparada.
