The staff is friendly. However, the quality of dishes tends to decline while prices increase. Unfortunately, I would say there are other sushi options that are worth it elsewhere (some of which are better quality and cheaper)

Clean and welcoming premises and friendly service. However, the quality of the dishes deteriorates month after month and prices rise. The cooking of the rice is not mastered, the other ingredients regularly give the impression of being several days old. Seasonings are either tasteless or unbalanced. Not worth the detour.

Truly the worst sushi chain in Geneva. Poorly cut fish with the skin remaining, tasteless rice, very sweet indeterminate sauce (?!). Every time I made the mistake of going there (because often the only ones in the geographical area), I regretted it...

We are students in a school near this Wasabi, so we go there quite often for our lunch breaks. The saleswoman, rather unfriendly, more than once made us pay for our soy/ginger/wasabi sauces, knowing that in any other Wasabi we normally get at least one free soy/ginger/wasabi sauce per box, or even several in the most generous Wasabi. As a loyal customer of Wasabi for years, I am really disappointed with the service at this particular restaurant.
