We have reserved for 3 people. There was a minimum consumption of 80 per person. When we wanted to order a shisha, we were told that this was only possible in the separate area. We were told that everything was already full and we had to wait, which we didn't do. If you make a reservation, it should be assumed that you also want to smoke shisha; if necessary, you could also ask. I was also traveling with two male people and we are of the opinion that groups of women only are preferred because we were hardly noticed despite shouting and raising our hands. The way you treat people is absolutely disgusting. We had made a reservation in the smoking area at 10 p.m. and that's when the whole discussion started. The man who distributed the seats still sent us to the non-smoking area. When we tried to talk to him and told him that we had reserved, he showed no interest and just said everything was fully booked and we should have reserved earlier???! We showed him the confirmation that you had confirmed it, then he responded again with the same statement - it was already fully booked. We sat for about 5 minutes and 4 waiters came so we could finally order something ->> Let people breathe for a moment and think about what they want! The whole system is in need of change. The people there are clearly categorized and prioritized accordingly a la 1st class (people who bring a lot of money with them or have already been there 100 times) and 2nd class who can wait a long time despite reservations or without reservations, so-called (strangers) Positive: We couldn't see the location for a long time, but the interior of the location looked nice. We can't say anything about the shisha, as there was no response from the employees. It's a shame for the route - if there had been an apology or minimal accommodation from the staff, we would certainly have come back, but unfortunately we can't recommend it at all.

If you are not a “regular customer” you have to wait an extremely long time until you get a seat. Women are of course allowed to get in before you, even though there were only two of us and we had already been waiting for over half an hour… impudence. When we were allowed in, the service was okay, but unfortunately we got the wrong shisha and only had 1 drink after we got the right shisha after 20 minutes. Only Albanian music... no English or Turkish and too loud. Visited once because of lights and everything was fine, I wouldn't recommend a second time, because of the stuffy air you get foggy in there.

The White Lounge is an absolute disgrace. We reserved a lounge for 8 people and ordered 4 vodka bottles with Redbull. The ambience itself was very nicely decorated and we had a very nice evening at the beginning, but after 2 hours one of the waiters arrived and pressured us to order more bottles even though we still had more than enough alcohol and soft drinks left. After more questions, we felt like we were being bothered because the same question came up every 10 minutes. At the end we were told cheekily in our faces that they needed our lounge for someone else and that we should leave. Definitely don't go there, there are many other good places that are cheaper and appreciate their guests!!!

Long waiting times of up to 2.5 hours+ and still the women let in before us, who had only recently come and hadn't even made a reservation. No matter how big/nice the location is, if the other things aren't right, the bar won't survive much longer.

We had reserved 2 tables and had to get up earlier, but people who hadn't reserved a table were able to stay seated. Although if you make a reservation you have to take a minimum consumption of 600Fr. In the end they had a solution for us but 20 people had to sit together (on top of each other) so that we could get a seat and that's not fair. I hope no one has to experience something like that.
