This time I went to the Tapas Metzgete. Just a dream. Rich selection of delicious dishes of fantastic quality. Despite the large number of visitors, the service was prompt, attentive and friendly. Thank you very much for the great experience. Grabachern is always worth a trip from the Basel area!

Instead of 14 menus that were ordered, the chef only prepared 11, the meat portions were very small. The food was good but so disappointing as the mistake was blamed on us.

Essen und Trinken wertvoll. Rinds- Entrecot mit selbst gemachter Kräuterbutter, Pommfritt und Gemüse. Das würde ich lieber heute als erst morgen wieder essen.

Mussten trotz Reservation mit Kindern 1h auf den Salat warten. Die hälfte musste das essen nach 1.5h abbrechen mit den Kindern. Keine Wickelmöglichkeit. Kein Kindermenu. Essen war gut. Preis / Leistung auch.

Das Essen, am Valentinstag, war ausgezeichnet gut. Waren zum ersten mal dort, zum Essen. Und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Der Tisch war sehr schön gedeckt. Einzig auf den Kaffe zum Dessert mussten wir länger warten, und ich hab den, beim Kellner zwei mal betellt. Aber es waren auch sehr viele Gäste dort. Begreiffe ich, dass da mal was nicht gleich auf Anhieb klappt. Ansonsten alles top.

Diesmal fand der Stammtisch unseres Harley Chapters in der Grabachern in Selzach statt. Das Essen war richtig toll und der Service aufmerksam. Es hat für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget etwas auf der Karte. Wir kommen gerne wieder kommen

Wir haben heute sehr, sehr gut gegessen. Ob Pizza, Spaghetti, Reis Orient oder ein Kalbsplätzli, einfach köstlich. Auf den Punkt gegart und perfekt gewürzt. Ambiente, einfach eingerichtet. Schöne Gemälde. Holzstühle und Bänke etwas hart. Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkomnend und gut gelaunt. Herzlichen Dank.

das Essen war durchschnittlich gut, wenn auch nichts Aufregendes. Eher Richtung Standardkarte. Bedienung war aber lieblos und ohne das gewisse Etwas. Das Dessert hingegen kann ich nicht empfehlen. Eiskaffee bestand aus zwei Kugeln Moccaglace und etwas Rahm...wäre wohl billiger gewesen, zwei Kugeln einzeln zu bestellen.

Wir waren 4 Gäste. Essen und Service waren absolut ok. Weil wir nicht reserviert hatten war nur noch Platz im gewölbten Keller. Der Lärmpegel in diesem schönen Raum war aber unerträglich.

Neben der „Beiz“ gibt es das Gourmetstübli und den gewölbten eindrücklichen Natursteinkeller, drei verschiedene Ambiente. Der wunderschöne Gewölbekeller ist allerdings bei guter Belegung fast unerträglich laut! Das Essen mit frischer Ware ist sehr gut. Tolles Kalbssteak super zart / saftig rosa gebraten, tolles traditionell zubereitetes Tartar. Frische Beilagen mit Geschmack! Schön angerichtete und endlich wieder mal richtige Portionen, keine „Schicki-Micki“ Küche! Gute Egli (Polen) wenn auch nicht mit frischen einheimischen vergleichbar! Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, danke! Preis/Leistung stimmt. Weinauswahl knapp genügend. Wir kommen wieder, diesmal aber im ruhigeren Stübli.

Located on the edge of Selzach, Zur Grabachern is a typical countryside Gasthaus in which you can either have a full meal or just enjoy a couple of drinks. Overall, the staff is friendly and professional; however, from time to time, it seemed slightly rushed and unattentive (the restaurant was full). I visited on Easter Sunday and chose the three-course Easter menu for CHF55. The starter tasted very good: asparagus salad, green leaves, asparagus soup, Parma ham on toast. As main course the calf steak served with asparagus was truly a highlight: the meat was tender, juicy and perfectly prepared. As dessert the strawberry tart was good but not exceptional. The bill remained at usual Swiss level.

Essen war ausgezeichnet. Einzige Anmerkung: Es müsste nicht auf jedem Gang von Vorspeise bis Dessert mit Blüten oder sonstigem Geschnippel dekoriert werden. Ich fand es zu viel des Guten. (Persönliche Meinung) Das Lokal und das Ambiente fand ich toll. Das Restaurant war Mittwochabend voll. Der Service war leider sehr unterschiedlich und hinterliess einen falen Beigeschmack. Wärend mir ein Herr im Service das Gefühl gab, absolut unerwünscht zu sein, war eine Dame äusserst aufmerksam und sehr nett. Sie machte wieder wett, was mich zuvor beim ersten Eindruck enttäuschte.

Établissement réputé repris par la jeune génération; le chef a une solide expérience acquise en Suisse et à l’étranger. La cuisine est simple, goûteuse et sans surprises. Excellent tartare de bœuf épicé à souhait servi avec du beurre et des toasts; à votre demande de remplacer les toasts par une petite portion de frites on vous facture un supplément. Quel dommage d’assaisonner les frites avec un condiment autre que du sel; le goût de la pomme de terre ou de la frite ne se retrouve plus. Les autres plats étaient corrects quoique chichement servis. Pourquoi aussi mettre de la pseudo crème de Balsamico à gauche et à droite ?Si la qualité est omniprésente, la relation quantité / prix est absolument à revoir: 5 petits filets de perche meunière accompagnés de frites pour la modique somme de 29,50 CHF!Service rapide, courtois mais un peu direct. Grand parking en face, pas d’emplacement réservé aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

War bis jetzt immer nur Mittags dort. Mir schmeckt es immer hervorragend.
