The best restaurant I've ever been to, my favorite so far. I love the food, the atmosphere with everyone and the service is the best, they are attentive, polite and friendly.

The buffet is great and something for all tastes. You will have the choice between Asian dishes and sushi. The price during the week at midday is very attractive but on weekends too expensive even if there is also the possibility of having meat and fish cooked as desired.

It is an amazing experience in Lausanne. Where it’s a great deal for a restaurant in Lausanne and Switzerland. And if you love Asian food it is incredible. Has all the options meat, seafood and vegetarian options too. Highly recommend!

Nice space, we had the opportunity to arrive among the first customers and it was fortunate because very quickly the sushi platters were robbed. There is a lot of choice but the dishes served in the non-wok trays are never hot enough until they arrive at the table and are eaten. Point for urgent improvement. deplorable service, the gentleman who installed us borderline aggressive so we sit down, for more than 10 minutes no one comes to take our drink order so we decide to go and help ourselves at the buffet. The buffet experience was the best ever. Huge diversity in options in both food and desert. The only downside of it is that some sushi pieces were obviously so old, but that was totally random. The best thing was the grill option where you can choose meat/Seaford to be grilled for you and then served.

We may not expect high quality from an all-you-can-eat buffet, but the selection remains filthy. Hot products are cold, sometimes still frozen, and sushi is lukewarm. Right after eating and for the rest of the day we were sick. For the same price, you might as well go to a real Chinese restaurant.

Good restaurant, nice place. Better than the one in Neuchâtel to be honest. Unfortunately small problem with the food since I had stomach aches later in the evening most certainly due to the food, given that this had already happened to me at the one in Neuchâtel.

This spot is not for the faint of heart - we were craving Chinese food during our Switzerland trip but 3 plates was enough to cause some damage. The food is not bad, especially the curry beef, but remember to pace yourself. Beware the onion ring which is not an onion ring but more so a starch ring - it is difficult to eat and fills you up. Also the teppan part where they cook your food for you is somewhat bland, but is a cool concept. Note: razor clams had a bit of sand in them. Overall, Wok Royale was a fun experience but maybe only as a once in a while type excursion. They also have a cool birthday deal where the birthday person eats free if they bring a group of friends! Questionable quality... major food poisoning following the all-you-can-eat buffet... surprisingly not surprised when you look at how the food is stored (put on the ground even in the corridors or near the trash containers), moreover when you take a look at the back of the shopping center at the trash bins we notice that cleanliness is not their strong suit. I learned that the restaurant had closed due to hygiene problems... Unfriendly employees bordering on total cold. Very bad experience and not to be repeated.

Good experience that was recommended to me 22.- per person during the week at lunchtime, the two of us drank a coke, a large still water, a glass of white wine and an espresso in total we had a little more than 65.- For the price there is nothing to say the food is good the buffet and restocking regularly the staff is available and pleasant. We will definitely come back.

Bad service, the petron is poorly polite, welcomes the gentleman very coldly. He was really very mean to an 11 year old kid who came before his family every time he gives him remarks, never returned to their house.

I went with my boyfriend last Friday, the buffet was gargantuan, we had a wide choice of dishes, and everything was so good🤩 the staff is very busy but warm and smiling at the same time👌 I highly recommend families to go there go. Very good food, The dish made by the cook was very good. The service is really not there.... Water spilled on our table by the staff and nothing has been changed in terms of services. The seafood was not fresh (dead oyster), the taste was not at all good except for 1 or 2 dishes. More than 100.- for two for a menu and a drink each is unacceptable. The staff was cold and withdrew our services without asking our opinion when we were planning to go get more. When it was time to pay we had to wait 15 minutes before someone decided to come and cash us.

There is a rich buffet with snacks such as steamed dumplings, Shaomai shrimp dumplings, fried wontons, and fried spring rolls. There is Teppanyaki that is not available at noon. You can choose steak, lamb chops, pork belly, shrimp and razor clam noodles. Choose the sauce flavor and hand it over to the open stall. Unfortunately, the satay sauce has no flavor that day.
