I ordered egg noodles with chicken, various vegetables and chop suey. The contents of the box looked more like mush. Chicken totally crumbled. 1.60 per type of vegetable chosen is too much for the amount that actually comes into the box. I was disappointed in the taste.

As a long-time regular customer, I recently had the pleasure of having a particularly positive experience in your branch. The blonde employee I interacted with was not only extremely nice and polite, but also incredibly personable. Her friendly demeanor and professional manner left a lasting impression on me. From the start I felt warmly welcome and in good hands. The employee took the time to answer my questions and help me with my concerns. Their kindness and patience made the visit a completely pleasant experience. What particularly impressed me was the fact that, as a regular customer, I still had the feeling that it was my first visit. The employee treated me with the same attention and respect as any other customer, which was a real appreciation for my loyalty. At a time when excellent customer service is often in short supply, I would like to praise your team and especially the blonde employee. They have proven that excellent service is not only possible, but also crucial to customer satisfaction. Always great for a meal during your lunch break. I think the price-performance ratio is very good. You get a decent portion and can put everything together according to your own taste. Sometimes the waiting time is a bit long, especially at lunchtime peak times, but everything is freshly prepared. The ambience is okay, but overall rather dark. There is enough seating for that

A 20 minute wait over lunch is not acceptable and it didn't really taste good either. Answer to question: there were three of us and we all ordered something different. But it all looked the same: a brown mixture with barely definable components. Unfortunately, it tasted like that too. The eye eats too.

After avoiding Wokami for over a year because of the very long waiting times (50min+) the last few times, we gave it another chance. What can I say? The food was ready within 10 minutes and was super fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be happy to come back from now on, keep it up (hopefully it stays that way :))

First of all: I have always been served nicely and "so far" everything has always been perfect and the food was still hot when I unpacked it at home. Unfortunately, there seem to have been changes in the meantime that we no longer like. Starting with the chicken meat, which is now also listed as (stroganoff) on the receipt and is huge pieces, not thin strips like before, or the sauces which are now extremely hot! I like spicy food, but this spiciness is really too much. In addition, some new ingredients were added (it feels like sesame seeds when you chew), you can see in the picture, they are like small whitish flakes, maybe ginger or horseradish, I have no idea. It was so inedible that 1 1/2 portions had to be thrown away because it simply wasn't edible, which is a shame because it was very good before. It's a shame that other users have already described this here, so unfortunately we won't be going here to get something to eat in the future. A pity.

Just waited 32 minutes for the order and missed half the movie. 40.- paid for almost only sauce, 32 minutes waiting time and the competent answer that they had changed the gas. Not even an apology. I should send them a bill for the missed movie.

Yesterday we had dinner at Wokami again. Unfortunately, I discovered that the peanut sauce is no longer the same. The sauce was spicy and not edible. The employee said all the sauces are now different and no longer the same. I find it very unfortunate. The old peanut sauce was delicious and the new one is just disgusting and spicy. Another employee said almost all the sauces were now spicy. It's a shame for everyone who can't tolerate spicy food, like me. This was probably our last visit to Wokami.. very disappointing. A good restaurant was turned into a bad one with changes.

Personally, I really like the food! The price is right for the size; you get full. Eating on site is a bit of a hassle as all the slot machines (pinball, motorcycle simulation, etc.) are right next door

I've been to Wokami so many times and have eaten a fine wok every time. There are good and better chefs but it is still a fine and warm meal for a quick hunger.

The poor lady. Ordered food at 11:30 a.m. and nothing worked. The single lady behind the kitchen has to take orders, collect, prepare and cook. Meanwhile, the food is burning on the stove. Conclusion Food that was ordered at 11:30 a.m. was still not ready at 12:00 p.m. and the line got longer. The employee has nothing to do with it but everything to think about.

Today I was very disappointed with food. Apart from the fact that the person behind the wok was very slow and one of our two meals sat around for almost half an hour until the second one came, the "cook" made a very unprofessional impression. One of our menus was literally burnt. Some chicken pieces were black and gave the whole meal a bitter and burnt taste. It was really completely inedible. Unfortunately we took the menus home and were therefore unable to complain in advance. We don't live just around the corner. I really hope for an improvement, after all the competition is fierce.

The take-away packaging is very good quality. Unfortunately, when it comes to brokoli, there is more root than brokoli. A pity

This has absolutely nothing to do with Asian food. I ordered rice with tofu and red curry sauce. It was all mush and the rice wasn't cooked properly. You couldn't eat. I ordered a pizza afterwards.

I arrived to order just a few minutes before the closing time after a long drive from Italy. The friendly staff still accepted my order. Food is very heartwarming and tasty. Friendly price for Switzerland standard. Comfortable waiting space for Tesla drivers.

Unfortunately, the sauce leaked out when the bowl was turned several times (put it into the paper bag by your people). In the car I put it on my lap and voilà my pants were full! I didn't expect the bowl to leak.

The last time we visited, the staff wasn't even able to operate the cash register. From a distance, there were probably some disagreements with the guests in front of us. When we ordered there was a whole wok too much, we had to tell him everything again, what we ordered and what was too much. We were then able to calculate it straight away. Paying with a card didn't work either. German didn't seem to be a strong point for the employee, which made communication even more difficult. The food is generally a bit expensive, but the portions will fill you up.

The food was ugly. Without love and art. The taste would be even worse. Could only eat 2 spoons. 35 francs wasted. Never again.

Good food of good quality. I think the high price is okay because the ingredients are organic and therefore expensive to buy. In addition, the long opening hours also have to be cross-subsidized.

Today I spontaneously decided to stop by Wokami. I ordered rice with vegetables, chicken, broccoli, bamboo shoots, pineapple and shiitake mushrooms with yellow curry sauce. I got a rice noodle dish and the only side dish that was right was the chicken, so I got a dish that I hadn't ordered. Of course I brought back the wrong dish. I explained to the chef, showing my receipt, that my dish was supposed to be made with rice and other side dishes. He confirmed this and I waited about 10 minutes. The new menu was again a rice noodle dish and the side dishes weren't the ones I wanted. The chef then asked me if it was possible for me to accept this dish. Since it was all getting too stupid for me, I accepted the food. Ultimately, I have to say that when I pay for a menu, I want the food that I want and not what the chef wants.

Egg noodles 7.90 CHF, meatballs 2-3 pieces for 4.50 CHF. Sure, Switzerland is expensive, but I found that to be too expensive. Served in a cardboard box (certainly ok for to go, but if you want to eat there it should be more environmentally friendly). The taste was ok, the lady behind the counter was quite unmotivated and not exactly talkative. The food is all already prepared and almost everything is pre-cooked, so it basically just needs to be warmed up in the wok. Directly at the snack bar there are only high tables with bar stools, but opposite there is a general seating area from the center where you can sit at "normal" tables. Addition after the owner's answer: Snack bar opens at 11 a.m., I was there at 2:41 p.m. So double shift?

Great concept, delicious food, short waiting times, accommodating staff (we recently received a free upgrade to a large box because of an incorrectly prepared dish). We recommend!

Delicious noodle cups, good portions.

Ate here 3 times. The food was charred twice. The nuts were all burnt, some of the noodles were black and the rest of the box had a burnt taste. Sorry but I can't approve of this overpriced food. Watching the "cooks" I'm not surprised by the quality of the food.

As usual, the Wokami has a large selection of bases and additions. Fair price for good food.
