McDonald's in Oftringen

The service was very friendly and quick. The burgers are always there, like they have been for years. As an emergency solution for something quick to eat = OK. If there are no promotions, the prices are simply too expensive in Switzerland!

The Big Tasty looked like it had already fallen twice.

The first McDonalds in the area. The staff is not that nice and friendly but the quality is better now then it was before. Update: the Staff is getting nicer

The restaurant is not far from the highway. Slightly confusing in the drive when coming from the gas station. Be careful, you would have to turn beforehand. Very nervous parking lot security when you stand outside in the square and want to eat. Is only for restaurant visitors. Uhhh. I visited it, just eat in the parking lot. Oh well. Otherwise the space for guests in surrounding buildings will probably be occupied.

Arriving at the hotel late in the evening we preferred to eat something quick. The service was very fast even though the place was packed with people. Excellent burgers, certainly the usual McDonald's but received nice and hot so it was a pleasure.

Finally the Mc Flury Ragusa is back, but the Ragusa (nuts and sauce) on offer is simply ridiculous! The motto seems to apply here: pay a lot and get little :-(

Mc Donalds is just Mc Donalds, but I expect a lot more in terms of hygiene, because we can't always have to clean our tables ourselves, the service is also becoming increasingly unfriendly and disinterested, maybe we're just unlucky. since we only go to the MC 3 to 4 times a year. Nevertheless, the hygiene in the restaurants leaves something to be desired.

I have noticed that almost every time I place a big order going through the drive through there is at least one or two items missing. I’m not sure if the staff is completely incapable or if there is something else going. Honestly very strange.

After a long time, I stopped by the Mcces again because he was lying on the way. The order had to be repeated 3 times for 1 McChicken menu. (without mayo). 3 times for 1 menu and the branch manages to PACK the McChicken WITH MAYO plus a normal Coke instead of the Zero, despite the sticky note without mayo. Thanks for the inedible burger, unfortunately we were already on the way to the appointment. We could still discuss that mistakes would happen if there was a lot going on or the McDrive was full. But we were the only car in the McDrive. I'd rather go back to Egerkingen, friendlier, never a wrong order and always a pleasant stay.

Half of the order was forgotten and the food was rudely thrown on the table.

Mc Oftringen is a disaster. The employees are very disrespectful. Every time I had such a sad experience. When I was in Mc Drive there was a woman named Florentina at the window. She was very disrespectful and insulted me in Albanian. Since it's my native language, I understood everything... She also said in Albanian that they should just serve me the food cold to a colleague of hers. I think it's a shame that Mc Oftringen has such employees. It's time to change the behavior of the employees!!! Never again Mc Oftringen

Mc Oftringen is the worst of all, rarely fresh burgers, fries, mostly lame and you are always sent to the waiting place in the drive even if no one is behind you. It seems to be a trick that seems to process customers faster. I assume there are sensors on the windows.

Drive in: 1 missing burger, the other 3 were correct, the complaint was not received by the lady who brought us the food to the waiting area. She just left. The rest of the food was very strange today, the sauce and salad on the burgers were hot (as if the entire burger had been heated up).

That was absolutely the last time! Price-performance is simply not right. It gets more and more expensive, but the service always does worse!

My son celebrated his 8th birthday here. He and his friends really enjoyed it. Fine birthday cake. The entertainer did a great job.

Unfortunately the burger wasn't really warm. Otherwise the things were good and recommended for every now and then.

A McDonald's that scores above all with its good location and plenty of parking spaces. What's additional at this McDonald's are its two play towers, one in the restaurant and one outside. The staff is always prompt and friendly. The orders are brought to the place very quickly. The restaurant is very clean, which also applies to the toilets. There are a lot of machines for ordering

Thanks for the Bigmac menu without Bigmac from yesterday. You think that everything will be fine and yet again you don't receive what was ordered and paid for. Especially in Oftringen, a larger, correctly executed order once again seems to be unreasonable. We can do without this in the future and will no longer visit your branch. Fortunately, there is now enough competition in the region.

Are there employees who work here voluntarily? Only the woman at the cake counter has any semblance of joy. In general, in 2022 there were probably more motivated people working in Karthar than here at McDonald's. I'm really looking forward to my next visit to Burger King.

Visited this McDonald's for the second time today. I was greeted warmly by the lady at the drive in and was able to choose what I wanted and order without any stress. I paid, was asked if I wanted the receipt, got my order and only then realized that I had paid 9.90chf for my menu (+Red Bull) and 8.90chf for the other (small) burger. I thought that was too expensive for a burger. When I got home, everything I ordered was there, including napkins. The only thing missing was ketchup, I wasn't asked if I wanted it but I thought it was usually always there. As you can see in the video, we ate everything. Everything was also very good. The first time I was there I thought the burgers had too much sauce. P.S.: Of course, customers have to be treated well, which is not always the case at McDonald's. But you also have to remember that it's not easy to work in this fast food restaurant because you're always under pressure because you have so much on your plate. Man is also put under pressure by the “bosses”. Update (December 29, 2022): Not at all satisfied, neither with the staff nor the burgers.
